Comfortable living space with plenty of room for all guests. Host very helpful & responds quickly. Only negative is that all bedrooms on 2nd floor & may be hard for older guests to navigate, but we managed just fine.

Janelle is an incredible host!! Lovely cozy and comfortable home! Beds are extremely comfortable! Home is fully stocked with all needed items! The river and sitting area out back is amazing!!! This is my second time renting and will definitely stay here again!!!

Family Weekend

Very nice place to stay for a few days. The house is very nicely decorated and comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice neighborhood close to a park for walking.

Lovely house close to the fairgrounds and city pool. Puzzles were a nice touch, we did all of them :)We took advantage of the full kitchen. It was nice to have everything we needed.Check-in was also super easy and we got right in.

Warren Farmhouse

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean, everything we needed. We would definitely stay again! Owner was wonderful to work with. Definitely the perfect place to stay if you need a place in Warren. Kitchen was amazing! A definite 10 out of 10!!!

What a beautiful home which created a great sanctuary for us during our long weekend stay. Janelle was AMAZING and responsive. The bedrooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable allowing for peaceful sleep! The river running through the backyard was tranquil and we enjoyed sitting there in the evening to relax. We enjoyed the lovely artwork through the home which was created by Janelle and her nieces. The people of Warren are friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the Marshal County history museum (a must see) and exploring the Old Mill State Park! We are already planning another trip in the future and will stay at this lovely home again. It exceeded all our expectations!

Work week stay

We were in the area for a large project. The house was very nice and comfortable. The beds were comfortable there was plenty of hot water. It was nice to find a VRBO near where we were working and didn't have to drive all the way down to Grand Forks.

Warren, MN River House - Janelle

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Janelle’s riverside home in Warren, MN. The accommodations were as described and quite acceptable. Communication, to include check in & out, was spot on and easy to follow. If we are ever back in the area, we would not hesitate to stay here again. 5 star rating in our book, for sure! Thank you again!!!

Baseball getaway

Our boys played in a baseball tournament in Thief River Falls so we were excited to find this VRBO. Such a cute house, perfect for our 2 families. Janell was great to work with, responded within seconds of reaching out. The town of Warren had a lot to offer for being small. We enjoyed the coffee shop, bar & grill, boutiques, pool, and drive in theater. We thought the location of the house was perfect. We will definitely be back if ever in the area.

The property is clean and easy to enter as expected. The only issue we encountered was that there was no window treatments almost anywhere in the house, just paintings in windows. One room had blinds, but 1 had fallen off and 1 wasn't installed properly so it was very hard to have privacy for things like changing clothes or nursing without using the restrooms knowing the house is located within a neighborhood. This is the only issue i would have addressed in the future.
