This is an amazing property! Lots of beds and bathrooms for our large group of 27. The eating areas were spacious and made for great gathering places. We loved it and look forward to staying again.

Clean and comfortable throughout. Really enjoyed our stay! Loved the large bedrooms. All bedrooms on the main and upper level had their own bathroom. Kitchen was nice and was well stocked. Overall, very happy and one of the nicer homes we have stayed at in Garden City

Stayed here (and another house owned by the same family) for our family reunion. This was one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Clean, nice, beautiful backyard, everything that’s needed. Also, definitely the best stocked house ever! Often times owners try to skimp or have trashed items and cheap (or no) TP and everything. But these homes were amazing. Their care really shows and everyone in my family noticed and appreciated it. Would definitely rent again!!

This was a great place to stay! It was amazing how well the place was stocked. Wonderful to have the two kitchens and gathering areas for a big group. The host was wonderful and very prompt getting back to us when we had questions! Would recommend this place to family and friends!

We loved our stay. There were 31 of us and this house was well suited to make us all comfortable. The host was quick to answer all questions. We enjoyed the large backyard. Would definitely come back again.

Awesome stay for family reunion

This location was perfect and the house was awesome. We felt like we were in a parade of homes home. Each room was perfectly staged and very clean. The house had everything you could need, from crock pots, sippy cups for kids, a 3rd fridge in the garage, etc.

A week at Bear Lake is a family tradition for me, my siblings, their kids, and my parents. We've been coming for over 10 years, staying at different cabins. This was the best one yet! Plenty of space for everyone. The kids were excited to have a bedroom just for them. There's enough room for everyone to do what they wanted. One group could play games upstairs while another group could watch a movie downstairs. The Hansons were friendly. They live next door and we chatted almost every day. To top it off, it's just a few minutes drive from the beach. If you have a chance to stay here, do it! You won't regret it!

This home was for an annual Mother Daughter trip that has been going on for decades. All 21 of us enjoyed their own space for sleeping and getting ready for the day!The 2 kitchens were perfect for all our cooking and coffee needs.The beds were comfy and all the extra serving items and cooking appliances fit our needs perfectly!We will be booking again for sure!Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Our large family had a wonderful time. I especially liked the two kitchens as we could have breakfast in one and pack lunches for the lake in the other.The setting is lovely and closer to town than some of the places we have stayed.The lock system Ourdid not work at check-in. The owner quickly answered my email for help. The basement is not air-conditioned and was a bit warm for those who slept there, but next time we would take more fans to supplement the ones there.We are game players and loved the extra tables you can set up on the deck. We had plenty of space for several games at once.I would definitely choose this property again.

Not only was this a gorgeous and spacious property but our hosts were so kind and accommodating. We had family and friends in town for our son’s wedding and this property was just perfect for all of us, from the extra room for each family to them graciously providing extra tables and chairs for us to host the rehearsal dinner- everything was perfect! Top property in Bear Lake

This cabin is amazing. Our group had about 30 people and we had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you might need, even multiple grills (we smoked meat one night).The beds are comfy and bathrooms are stocked. The hosts were available and quick to respond. We will definitely be returning. We are in Bear Lake 4-5 times a year and have stayed everywhere from Sweetwater to Fish Haven. One of the favorite places we've stayed.

Very nice home! We would stay there again if it had more rooms. The kitchen had tons of utensils and appliances…like a Bundt cake pan, for example - never seen that before! Lots of parking. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Even the towels were awesome. Overall just a very nice experience in a very nice home. If the features and space meet your needs it seems like a crazy good value.

Instant Ease

I am always so nervous when our whole family gathers because someone is bound to find some fault....but no one did! This home is perfect. I was so pleased with all of the kitchen amenities. The layout offers multiple gathering spots, but lets you have your own 'space' too. The house is in SUCH a beautiful, convenient location. I highly recommend!

Amazing house for Adults, not so much for kids.

This house was very well stocked, and in great condition. Great layout and amazing rooms. Our only complaint was that it wasn't very kids friendly. To many breakable decorations and not really anywhere for kids to play. The playground was too far away to be safe for kids, and was claimed by the other house. The big family bedroom did not have 2 queens in it, as advertised. One was at least 6 inches narrower. A hot tub addition would be amazing.
