House was just as advertised, beautiful log cabin woodwork. My family of 28 people ages 3 to 70 had plenty of space. From bedrooms, bathrooms, game room, 3 decks and kids log cabin!! We enjoyed ourselves tremendously!!!

The property and the view were gorgeous. Had trouble contacting host at first but once she responded everything was fixed promptly. Our family had a wonderful time! We enjoyed being out of the very touristy area but close enough to drive into anyplace we wanted. The kids loved the play house and the game room.

The property is great and supported our guests with ease. The place could have used additional forks in the silverware drawer as well as extra bath towels. The outdoor space was great. Really wished the external fireplaces were available for use. Dishcloths should also be supplied.

Great property. Good location, and beautiful house with lots of space. Unfortunately one of the rooms had mouse droppings in all the beds and we heard some kind of rodent in the night. The host was not very responsive to this and just said that was normal for the area. Would probably be a 5-star property if not for this one area.

Amazing cabin

My family spent a week at this amazing cabin. It had everything that we needed and then some. The views are breathtaking. The host was wonderful as well. Very responsive to any questions we had.

This is a beautifully built lodge with an amazing view. Unfortunately, it is not well maintained. The owner asked us to let her know if anything needed attention within the first 24 hours. I did. I’m not one that complains. The place wasn’t super clean. It was dusty and the bathrooms were kind of gross. I was more concerned with reporting larger issues. My daughter-in-law sat on the king-size bed in the loft to feed her baby & it collapsed. When we looked, it was being held together by duct tape. The hot tub had a blown motor and we never got to use it. There was no pool pass to the community pool. After a few days, they sent someone to fix the bed and gave us the pool pass. They told us we were out of luck with the hot tub. Honestly, we were fine. On day 4, the owner messaged me that pest control would be spraying at 2pm that day. I messaged back asking if she could wait until we checked out because we had a baby. She said take the baby out until the poison dispersed. Then she said she was trying to address my complaints. Ummm….. I never complained. We actually hadn’t seen any pests. I thought maybe she confused me with another property. We left for the day. We returned to police in the driveway. They said the owner wanted to evict us for complaining. We had one hour to get out. We were in shock. We went to pack. The owner suddenly changed her mind and said we could stay. None of this made sense. This price point may seem good for the size….. please beware!

Beautiful Place

Everyone loved this place for our reunion. The games were great for all ages. The location was pretty (beware the hill in winter), and right outside a golf course. We’d definitely stay here again. It was everything we needed!

Breathtaking

Beautiful lodge with plenty to do. The views are amazing especially if you're fortunate enough to get snow! We'll definitely keep the Crantzdorf Lodge in mind when looking for a place to stay.

The host's representatives were helpful and provided prompt, thorough support. However, there were many items in need of repair (a list will be shared with the host). Some were fixed the first day, others could not be.

Wonderful Time

Booked the cabin for my parents' anniversary. Plenty of space to accommodate everyone. They really did enjoy themselves and the cabin.
