Seneca Shale Shores - a quiet lower level apartment right on Seneca Lake. Enjoy our gorgeous sunsets on the covered deck, around the fire pit, or out in the chairs at the end of the dock.
Enjoy a glass of wine down on the beach listening to the waves lap the shore. Throw steaks on the grill and dine alfresco on the covered deck. Relax around the fire pit with a cocktail. Frolic in the lake but wear your water shoes.
Access to all the fun.
Tour wineries, museums, take a glider ride, hike trails and glens to beautiful waterfalls.
Shop downtown Geneva or the Waterloo Outlets. Dine in our many local restaurants.

Best for a small group, the Lakehouse is perfect for a weekend reset! Steps from the waterfront, it’s perfect for dock sunning or paddle boarding, with outdoor dining areas to enjoy the weather all day long rain out shine. The location is quiet and checking in was simple.

The location is right on the Senneca lake, so spending time on the dock and fire pit made this trip so relaxing. The property space is tight but well organized and the deck can compensate with its large space and beatiful views. The area is very noce to go wine tasting, boating, eat, drink and relax.

Kimberly did a good job communicating with my group. Kimberly was very accommodating to my needs for trailer space. Al was a wealth of knowledge about the local areas and attractions. Their recommendation of the water shed brew house was top notch.

Al was a great host and gave us wonderful information ! He even gave us 2 chips to get a beer at the local brewery ! Highly recommend the place !

Great place with a spectacular view! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a small family or couples. Loved the large deck and view. Our only concern were the beds, they were extremely hard, a nice foam topper would be great!

The spot is gorgeous and the apartment cozy and inviting. Although we enjoyed our stay, the mattresses could use replacing or having a topper added as they were uncomfortable. All in all, it was a pleasant experience with beauty abounding!

AL is AWESOME!!!! Right on the Lake, Great Sunsets!! Not far from Delicious Restaurants and a Brewery!! I Wish I knew about the Cheese place!!, was too late when I learned about it. If you like Wine, crazy amount of Wineries everywhere around this place.

Excellent host, cute place for a small family or couple. My sister slept in one of the beds. She said the mattress was pretty hard. But even so, she slept well. I preferred the sofa so I could hear the waves lapping on the shore. The sofa was comfy. Was able to watch the football games on the TV…a plus for me. Beautiful sunsets! We spent an afternoon in Watkins Glen. It’s about a 40 min drive from Romulus. Plenty of wineries to stop at on the way. Overall, a lovely trip.
