AC struggled with summer temps, all window units so very loud. No pool table in the garage game room. House is good for a big group, location is good if that is what is important to you.

We always enjoy coming to Columbus. The house was very nice and conveniently located. The check in process was so easy and smooth. The few questions I had the host Charles was quick to get back to me. We will def be back!

Charles was very responsive! There were a few issues with the property and he resolved those problems immediately! We had a group of high school student staying at the property for a performance in town. It was important that issues were resolved promptly and I can’t say enough about how quickly Charles responded!

Very cozy property for our two night stay visiting Columbus. Adequately housed all nine of us (five adults, four children) with plenty of room to spare. Would gladly stay here again!

It was easy to book and communicate with the host, even though we arrived late we were able to checkin easily! The place house was clean and comfortable and close enough for us to walk where we needed. Would recommend to anyone visiting Columbus!

The rooms were painted different and did’not look like the photos. The stove, fire place and door code on garage wasn’t working so we texted the host and got that sorted. The game room/garage did not have the pool table and the WiFi wasn’t working on the tv had limited lighting. We were unable to get into the garage til the second night. It seems like the property just wasn’t ready for guest to stay in but if it was I would recommend the property.

Beautifully redone
Great house! Loved the decor and many options to hang out and enjoy time with friends and family. They made the checkout process so easy too! Would easily rent again.

Clean, Cozy, and Close to Everything!
Charles' communication, the price, the house, the small touches, the location... all exceptionally nice, accommodating, and easy. Will absolutely look to rebook the next time we visit the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Was great!

House with all the amenities, great location and amazing host

This is easily the best place to stay for a night out on the town. Was within a 10 minute walking distance of some really cool dive bars and clubs, the house itself it’s gorgeous and very clean. It was the perfect fit for our group of 13. The host was super helpful and responded quickly. Would stay again!

Great location to the Convention Center, which was the reason for our trip. We had 4 couples and kids on the trip. The 3rd floor that had 2 big beds and a small bed, worked great for all of the kids to be together in one area and they had their own bathroom! One thing that wasn't mentioned in the listing was that the 4th King bed bedroom was in the garage. We had to make some adjustments because we didn't want to put any adults by themselves in the garage. The kids were disappointed that there was no pool table like the listing showed but the hot tub made up for that. The host had good communication and handled things quickly and efficiently. We did not use the laundry facilities, and we had all meals at the house and the large dining room that is open to the living room was great for everyone to hangout in one area and socialize! Beds were comfortable and the water was HOT.
