Please note that our cabin is located in a mountainous, wooded area, and it is possible to occasionally encounter local wildlife and insects such as beetles, ants, flies, scorpions, bees, hornets, or other native bugs—especially during warmer months. While we have regular professional pest control and thorough cleanings, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed due to the natural setting. Thank you for your understanding!

SOFA BED - We have an additional full size sofa bed for some your extra bed.

KITCHEN – Well-appointed with all the major utensils, silverware, dishes, glasses, and cookware needed for you to create & serve gourmet meals. The kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, etc.

DINING AREA - Includes a 4-seater dining table.

BATHROOM - Contains a bathtub, toilet, and a small vanity with a sink.

This cabin is located on a steep mountain road. We strongly recommend trip insurance, especially during the winter since there are no refunds for snow and ice. In difficult winter or storm-related weather situations, there can be delays in cleaning and check-in pending road conditions which can be outside of our control.

Personal Vehicle:
Driving your own vehicle remains the most flexible and efficient way to explore Sevierville and the surrounding areas, including Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This allows you to visit local attractions, restaurants, and outdoor spots at your own convenience.

Rental Car:
If you don’t have a personal car with you, consider renting a vehicle. There are several car rental agencies in Sevierville and at the nearby airports. This will give you the freedom to travel throughout the Smoky Mountains region on your schedule.

Trolley Service:
The Sevierville Trolley Service is a great, cost-effective way to travel around town. It connects to the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg trolley systems, making it easy to explore the wider area without needing to drive.

Taxi Services:
Local taxi services are available for direct routes to your destination. They can be easily booked over the phone or through their respective websites.

Ride-Sharing:
Uber and Lyft operate in the area, offering convenient and typically cost-effective rides. These services are particularly useful during busy tourist seasons when parking can be challenging near major attractions.

We continue to take extra precautions to ensure cleanliness and prioritize guest safety:
- All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized.
- Bleach-based cleaners are used in all bathrooms and kitchens.
- Linens are freshly washed after every guest with high temperature..
- The hot tub is drained, cleaned, refilled, and treated with fresh Bromine after every guest.
- Our cleaning staff received additional training on disinfection protocols.

When booking on most platforms there is a credit card charge. When/if canceling according to the cancelation policy you should receive a full refund MINUS the charges from the payment processer. This is charged by them for using their service and we do not have it to refund. Please be aware. Thank you.

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM.

While our property aims to be pet-friendly, we currently only accommodate dogs. To prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests, we have some breed restrictions in place as required by our insurance policy. We also kindly ask that your dog weighs no more than 65 lbs.

Please note that our pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed on the property. If you add one pet to your reservation, the system will only apply the fee for a single pet. If you plan to bring a second pet, the additional $75 fee will need to be settled separately. In that case, please be sure to reach out to us directly so we can document the second pet on your reservation and assist with the payment process.
