The Troubadour - 3BR 2BA - Close to Campus

We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the home’s decor and that we were able to accommodate an early check-in for you without a fee. We do, however, feel this situation was significantly exaggerated. As discussed during your stay, finding a single live bug in Texas during a drought is unfortunately not unheard of, even in well-maintained homes that are professionally treated on a regular schedule. Our property is sprayed quarterly, was inspected and photographed the day of your arrival, and there were no active pest issues present at that time. The home was also checked again after your departure with no evidence of the conditions described in this review. We also responded promptly once we received your messages via text and VRBO and offered to have pest control come out during your stay, but we never received a response to coordinate that service. Additionally, this was the first time we heard any mention of other dead bugs or concerns about cleanliness despite multiple opportunities to communicate those issues during your stay. In fact, we checked in with you the afternoon of your arrival and you responded "all is good". We take guest concerns seriously and always try to resolve issues when given the opportunity. Unfortunately, this review does not accurately reflect the overall condition of the property or our efforts to address the concern.
