Thank you Selene for your honest feedback. Regarding the washing machine, we were surprised to hear about a smell since we clean and maintain it every 3 months and wash all property items in it. It's possible the issue was due to low detergent or leaving clothes damp too long, but we've already scheduled another maintenance check this week just in case. About the cameras, they are only on the exterior for guest safety and liability, just like many other properties. As for the towels, we only charged because it was 6 towels with heavy makeup stains, not just one. We always try to be fair. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points for future guests. We provide an initial starter supply for all stays, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, toiletries, and detergent pods. As soon as you requested an additional roll of paper towels, it was delivered immediately. Our standard practice is to provide starter supplies so guests have time to purchase any additional items they may need during longer stays, based on personal usage preferences. Regarding the door alarm, this feature is in place for the safety of both our guests and the property, especially for families traveling with children. Concerning the pool heating, at the time of reservation you were informed of the option to add this service in advance. Since the request was made on the day of check-in, a last-minute activation fee was applied so our team could travel to the property to turn it on. It was also explained that due to the large volume of water, the pool typically requires between 24 and 48 hours to reach the target temperature of 85°F. In your case, the pool reached this temperature within 24 hours. As for the game room, this is the first time we have received feedback indicating that it was not properly maintained. We are sorry it did not meet your expectations and will certainly review it with our team. We regret that your stay was not fully satisfactory and appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving our guest experience. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

It was an isolated issue, and unfortunately, our trusted technician initially misdiagnosed the problem, which caused a delay in resolving it. We have since replaced the dishwasher to ensure this does not happen again. Although you did not communicate with us directly during your entire stay and we coordinated with someone from your party by phone the dishwasher situation, I did my best to resolve the situation promptly. No other concerns were brought to my attention during your visit; otherwise, we would have gladly addressed them to make your stay more enjoyable while you still were at the house. Your comments are very helpful, and we’re using this review to further improve our maintenance and cleaning processes. We’ve already discussed your feedback with our cleaning team and are implementing additional measures to ensure everything remains in top condition for future guests.
