Welcome to Fairhope! Come stay and relax in this charming, quaint original bay cottage located near the heart of town. It was originally built in the early 1900’s and still retains much of its original, historical, quirky character. The home is located near the heart of town, within walking distance to local restaurants and entertainment hotspots. This home serves as a perfect spot for enjoying all that downtown Fairhope has to offer.

This house is a historic, original Fairhope bay cottage. Built in the early 1900s, this home was originally situated on a golf course that provided entertainment to the summer goers from Mobile, AL, who spent their summers vacationing in their bay houses in Fairhope (formerly known as Alabama Town).

This charming, quaint cottage contains two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room space, a work/office space, a small kitchen and dining area, an enclosed porch (perfect for keeping bikes), a laundry area, and ample-sized front yard and back yard.

Our weekend stay in this home was incredible! Courtney was amazing; the decor and furnishings were perfectly curated. So pretty, so comfortable, and oh so cozy. The house was clean and neat and had everything we needed. We had such a wonderful time staying in Courtney’s cottage. In a really great location too. Thank you Courtney!!

The cottage house was absolutely perfect for our girls trip ! It was beautifully decorated and was very cozy and warm! We loved all the attention to detail. Great location, easily accessible to downtown.

Courtney is a very welcoming host who helped with recommendations. The cottage was a perfect weekend getaway for a couple. Very clean, well kept, and close to everything while being tucked away a bit. Would stay here again if in the area.

Lovely older home with beautiful cottage decor. Walking distance to downtown Fairhope. Good heat/air system, large refrigerator, washer and dryer. Step in tub for shower.Host very helpful! Would stay here again!

Great location and lovely cottage

We were on a girlfriend’s trip. The cottage was just right for the two of us. Very clean and comfortable. Great location, less than a mile from the town center.

Courtney is a great host and is so sweet! She gives the best recommendations and truly wants your visit to be great. The cottage is adorable and has all the amenities you need. It is decorated so precious and is very cozy. It is located in a great location and is doable to walk to town. Great stay

Absolutely adorable! Perfect place for myself, my sister and my 21 yr old daughter to spend a few leisurely days shopping and relaxing. Close to everything you need. The bedrooms are conjoined with a door that closes, but the bathroom is located inside one of them. Not an issue for us, but could be awkward for ppl who are uncomfortable sharing spaces. I will echo someone's observation about claw foot tub being a problem for folks with balance issues or inability to step high up. Otherwise, plenty of space in the common area and a great desk where we each were able to stay on top of a few work tasks. We loved our stay there so much! Note: Bring TP as it is not fully stocked.

Cutest ever!

This was the cutest little spot ever. Small but laid out very well. It was so clean and had everything we could need. Location is great. It's a hidden little gem. Will stay there again, I hope!

Beautiful Place and Perfect Location!

First of all, this was the perfect place for us! Courtney is an excellent hostess who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This cute little historic house is definitely one of my top 3 of all my VRBO rentals! I highly recommend this place!

The fairhope cottage was all we could ask for. The old house was beautiful. Perfect location to do anything downtown. The house was beautifully furnished and very cozy. We had a wonderful time at our stay. Thank you

Girls trip

I flew my mom to Birmingham and decided to take her down to Fairhope for a girls trip. The house is so clean and cute and was right up the street from downtown fairhope. The owner is very nice and was very helpful if i had any questions during our stay.ourthroughouttriptrip.ldefinitel

Absolutely perfect

The location and the house were absolutely perfect for a girls weekend getaway. The house with impeccably clean, and we had everything we needed. Appreciate all that hosted to get me ready for check-in. Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic in Fairhope

As a lover of old homes, we loved this cottage. It was so clean and decorated so tastefully. It had everything we needed. Although our initial thought was to cook and eat at the cottage, it was so convenient to downtown that we ate every meal out Courtney is definitely a super host and replied to our messages very promptly! This is where we will stay every time we come to Fairhope. It was fantastic!

Very good stay.

Historic cottage was very nice. Comfortable with plenty of room. Smallish bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Shower head is a bit low. Easy walk to downtown. Bring your own coffee/pods or tea. Host communicated clearly and well.

It was a cute, very well decorated cottage. The only thing lacking was in the bathroom. It was very small, with limited space for toiletries, etc. The tub/ shower situation required you step approximately 2 feet up and over into the claw foot tub. For anyone with balance or hip issues, it would be good to know that before booking. We were pleased with everything else.
