The sleeping quarters are designed for restorative rest. The primary bedroom features a plush King-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom that rivals a luxury spa, complete with a walk-in shower, rain shower head, and a secondary handheld sprayer. The second bedroom offers a flexible sleeping arrangement with one full and one twin bed, comfortably accommodating up to five guests.

Other Things to Note:

Safety & Security: This is a 24-hour gated community. Self-check-in is seamless via the security gate and an electronic door lock.



Age Requirement: The minimum rental age is 25. Guests under this age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.



Provisions: We provide plates, cups, bowls, and cookware. Please note that "cooking basics" (oil, salt, pepper) and chopsticks are not provided.



Parking: No additional parking fees apply within Fiddler’s Cove.



Pet & Smoke-Free: To ensure the comfort of all guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and does not allow pets.



Location Perks: The villa is located steps away from the "Breeze" trolley stop and the island’s extensive 50-mile bike trail system.

Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.
