Renowned for its breathtaking Pacific Ocean views, this resort offers a tranquil escape on Maui's stunning shores. This spacious one-bedroom suite on the 10th floor is designed for superior comfort and convenience. With a direct oceanfront setting on North Ka'anapali Beach, you can watch whales from your lanai and observe sea turtles near the shore. Unwind and savor breathtaking sunsets nightly from the expansive covered lanai! Additionally, our prime location provides easy access to superb dining, convenience stores, boutique shops, art galleries, and live entertainment venues just moments away.
This is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo on the 10th floor of the Aston Mahana complex, about 456 sqft.

• Hawaii’s Natural Environment: Hawaii’s beautiful tropical climate is part of what makes the islands so special—but it also comes with some unique aspects of island living. Occasional sightings of ants, cockroaches, termites, or geckos are common in Hawaiian homes and are not a reflection of cleanliness.To ensure a comfortable stay, we include routine pest control as part of our regular maintenance, just like professional cleaning. While we do our best to minimize any pest activity, the environment can still bring the occasional visitor. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the full experience of island life!
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 180 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
