We are proud to present this gorgeous Two bedroom apartment located in bustling Downtown Dubai with stunning views and the iconic Burj Khalifa on your doorstep, the perfect place to stay! Guests will love making this their home away from home while having an unforgettable experience exploring all Dubai has to offer from famous attractions to luxurious retail stores and fine dining restaurants nearby, and with easy access to the Metro via the tunnel, explore Dubai with ease!
This apartment is designed with style and comfort in mind and is perfect for two couples or a family of four. With modern furnishings and tasteful decor throughout, it has all the amenities to add extra comfort and convenience to your stay including high-speed WIFI throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.
The apartment features an open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a large dining table to seat six. The spacious living area has a comfortable L shaped sofa that can be pulled out into a sofa bed for more space if required, and smart TV leading onto a furnished patio from which to admire the views. There is also a separate laundry room and guest bathroom
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed to accommodate a maximum of two guests with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a Queen-sized accommodate a maximum of two guests and a separate full bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with hotel grade towels and bathroom amenities.
The apartment offers high speed free WIFI throughout with average speeds of 250mbps, air conditioning and household amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
Guests can enjoy the facilities that the building offers such as a state of the art gymnasium, swimming pool and children's play area.
Swimming pool will be temporarily closed from July 1st to September 15th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.

We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products and additional toiletries are not provided.
