This COLORFUL and SPACIOUS home sits on a very PRIVATE one acre lot and enjoys lush gardens. It is located in a GATED COMMUNITY with 24/7 SECURITY, near the surfing/fishing village of Esterillos Oeste. It's only 750 METERS TO THE BEACH and a quick drive to all the adventures and tourist activities of both Jaco (15mi. North) and Manuel Antonio (28mi. South).
Casa TUCANA's OPEN FLOOR PLAN features a SPACIOUS GREAT ROOM (Kitchen, Dining and Living areas) with 30' tall Cathedral ceilings, Master Bedroom with on-suite Bathroom, two large guests bedrooms with a shared bath, and a laundry closet. CLOSE TO THE BEACH: about 750 meters to the beach, which is roughly a 10-15 minute walk and less than a 5-minute drive. Early morning beach walks will take you to the Turtle Sanctuary, while Sunset breezes will envelope you with the sun's mirrored reflection in the wet sand.
CLOSE TO ACTIVITIES: Located MIDWAY BETWEEN JACO AND MANUEL ANTONIO offers our guests lots of opportunities to explore the area's numerous activities and adventures. Our manager is there to help you with all that too!
