Just got back and my family couldn't be happier with your house. Being directly on the lake was Amazing just getting up and having coffee on the deck early in the morning and the sunsets were perfect(yep love coffee). The dock made it even nicer we all went kayaking , paddle boarding,swimming,fishing every day . The house was perfect extremely clean all the beds and rooms were really comfortable the 2 grills outside was such a smart thing to have we made breakfast and lunch every day. Great memories with my family Thank you Bernie for such a wonderful place . We are definitely coming back next year

We had the best week ever! Great house and property, water was perfect, cute towns are accessible, and great hiking very close by. Would definitely love to come back!

The view from the property was beautiful. The home was nicely appointed. One of our favorite things about the house was its heated porch. It made early morning coffee sweeter and evening hangouts great. When we arrived the grass was quite high and a decent amount of the kitchen supplies were not clean. We reached out to Bernie regarding our concerns. His response was a little delayed, but our concerns regarding the property were addressed. The family was going to look into our concerns regarding the kitchen with their cleaning service.We had a great time and enjoyed our time on the lake.

Great Location

My family enjoyed being right on the water so that we could go paddling, and fishing. The location of the home allowed for many hiking options as well. The house is updated, very clean and has a great layout. We all enjoyed our stay. The only thing I didn't' like was that you have to take your garbage with you or to the dump, but this might be the way it is done in the ADK. Overall a very nice place to stay and we would defiantly consider going back.

Yearly family vacation

My family actually ended up find this place out of desperation. We had a trip planned for a different area but got called the morning of to cancel because a tornado took out the power. So we went into panic mode. We found this place and the owners were gracious enough to let us get in a day early. They were super easy to deal with and the place is great. The view was fantastic. It was very quiet and relaxing. The dock was perfect for swimming and fishing. A week that started out as a disaster turned out to be just what we needed.
