We have a great time at Papa’s Beach House! Our host was very responsive throughout the week and the house was perfect for our large group. Loved the location! We had great access to the beach.

This place was the perfect place to stay when we visited Gulf Shores for our wedding! The property had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved the pool and the walk right over to the beach was easy.

Our family loved staying at Papas Beach house. The property was exactly how it looked in the pictures and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location was great for restaurants, attractions, and the beach and hosts were easily accessible. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

The house was very clean, furniture could use a good cleaning though. There was a lot of thought put into making sure guests were properly accommodated (appliances) Adequate space to have a good time. Very nice pool and great beach access. Definitely would recommend.

Great house! Clean, spacious, excellent service! Wish there was heat in the pool but if the weather is warm and sunny, you will be fine. Would come again!

Our Stay At Papa's Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Papa's Beach House was a wonderful experience! The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the adults enjoyed the nearby beaches, hopping and the great restaurants. The home was spacious and made for relaxing family getaway.

Property was very clean and organized The only problem was not all the tvs worked . Also the hot water took a long time to warm up to the showers.

This house was gorgeous! Super clean. Perfect layout for multiple families. Great location, beach was super close and basic groceries were an easy walk. Our whole group loved it! Looking forward to next year!

Great Family Thanksgiving Getaway!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 12 had a wonderful time! Memories were definitely made! Accommodations were excellent - from convenience to comfort! Entertainment included the media room and friendly family pool competitions in the game room! The kitchen was outstanding! Simply put - this house was outstanding and Sunset Properties was extremely easy and friendly to work with! Would do it again in a heartbeat!!!

PaPa’s beach house family trip.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The kitchen was very well equipped too my surprise we used all the refrigerators and dishwashers. The game room and pool was a big hit! The theater room was great for movies. The bedrooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. Only a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect house for a large group of all ages

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home just a quick walk from the beach. My family of 19 adults, 2 children, and one infant were very comfortable. The home is nicely appointed and comfortable. The pool was a great addition when we needed a break from the beach. We had a slight hiccup upon arrival and during the first full day with the upstairs air conditioner not working but the property manager was very responsive and had repair people out twice until it was resolved. The property management even checked in during the stay to make sure we didn't need anything. I highly recommend this home!
