We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if when we are back in Anchorage.

Beautiful house with Mountain View’s. Designed wonderfully and very comfortable stay. Great location also. There is a train that goes by- just to know in case you open windows.

Beautiful house and view! Comfortable house. Very walkable to hiking trails, restaurants and downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place but if you have bad knees or health issues not a good fit due to the stairs….this place was great for our group….. 10/10

Nice property, excellent location. Spacious and as described. Lots of space but we could have used a blow up mattress or cot for a child who didn’t want to share a bed. All rooms have one bed. Entry instructions were not accurate requiring some calls to property management but issues resolved after some back and forth. Easy walk to everything and on the lovely bike walking path and clean, nice neighborhood. A bit of a walk up a couple of flights of stairs but manageable. Parking was easy.

Loved that there was multiple bathrooms plenty of space, soft beds and the bidets in the Bathrooms were a welcome surprise.

The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. The condo was centrally located for traveling to all the local area must see opportunities. Plus it is just a short walk many great restaurants. There are a lot of steps to the top floor but its worth it when you enter the condo. The views are fabulous and the condo is very nicely appointed. We loved our trip and would recommend staying here to whomever is looking for a great stay in Anchorage.

Fantastic place, great views, good location. Quick walk to everything downtown. Only minor complaint is the HVAC system is very loud in the master, non-stop high pitched whine that detracted from the stay.

Great location and views in a stylish and unique home.Lots of attention to detail from guest slippers to decor. Comfortable beds lovely bathrooms. Number of stairs did not bother us and neighborhood is quiet. Great property for our family with down kids. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Such a beautiful spot

We loved our stay! I am local to Alaska but was hosting others who were visiting our state from other parts of the Arctic. We loved the views and the location. The office space at the top is so wonderful! We wished there was a later check-out however.

The Crow’s Nest Condo provided an excellent spot for our family to enjoy Anchorage and the surrounding area. The condo was fully stocked and immaculate. The listing doesn’t do the location justice as it’s close to a great park and bike/walking trails and downtown. The views were incredible and we even saw a rainbow over the water. We highly recommend this property and we hope to stay here again.

The location is perfect to walk to downtown. The home has multiple levels and ample room for everyone to spread out. It’s very beautifully done. The only things that I would consider is adding to the description there are multiple stairs. Two flights to get to the 3rd floor unit and another winding narrow flight of stairs to get into the unit. For those with limited walking abilities or cannot manage carrying your luggage up the amount of stairs- this is not for you. My husband had to carry 2.5 suitcases up all the stairs then back down all the stairs when we left. The unit was extremely hot when we arrived. It was set at 87 degrees F. We tried to use the small fans from the closet but could not get those to work. The couch in the LR is stained all over, which is easy to do since the couch is white. It needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. The master bedroom mattress has the indentation of where each body has slept, and should be replaced. The faucet in the master bathroom is just hanging on to the base. It’s not secure. Besides these points where most can be corrected other then the stairs, the location, decor, and spacious home is perfect.

Lots of positives to say, I'll try to keep it short.Location is fantastic.The owners communicate very well and quickly. Had all of my check-in instructions sent prior to my trip with detailed check-in, check-out, and property information.The condo is very large and can accomodate quite a few people. Big kitchen. Very nice amenities. Great layout to provide privacy while still having active folks in the common areas.Highly recommend.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren vom 27.2.25 bis zum 3.3.25 dort zu Gast. Alles war top. Lage ist sehr schön. Ruhig und dennoch zentral. Ideal für 3 Paare. Zwei sehr schöne Schlafzimmer und ein Kellerschlafzimmer. Sehr viel Platz für alle. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen.
