On the timeshare presentation: we do state upfront that attending is completely optional, and no one should be made to feel otherwise or feel pressured into handing over a card before fully understanding what it's for. That process is run by the on-site sales team, separate from how we manage the unit, but it's clear that message didn't come through in the moment — especially after a long travel day with your kids in tow. That's on them, not on you, and we're sorry it added stress to your check-in. We'll also flag the room for a deeper clean before the next guest. Parking, the restaurant, the souvenir booth, and the resort’s overall theme are all run by the resort rather than by us, so Wyndham’s team is the best place to take those notes.
