Hi Kimberly, Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you had such a great stay and that you enjoyed the home—especially the smart lock, A/C, fire pit, and grill. Security and comfort for our guests is our top priority, so we're especially happy to know you felt at ease and enjoyed all the amenities. It means a lot to know the space helped make your time memorable, and we’d absolutely love to host you again anytime! Warm regards, Johnny

Thank you so much for staying with us and for your feedback! We do keep the A/C turned down between guests to help conserve energy, and we always encourage guests to turn it on as soon as they arrive — the system heats up quickly once it’s activated. Regarding the dishwasher, thank you for mentioning it. It has been repaired several times but continues to malfunction, and we are currently in the process of replacing it. I apologize for the inconvenience this caused during your stay. We appreciate you choosing our home and hope to welcome you back for an even better experience next time!

Thank you so much for staying with us and for sharing your feedback! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. I apologize for the inconvenience with the appliances. The washing machine has since been repaired, and the dishwasher has been an ongoing issue — a brand-new unit has already been purchased and is being installed. Regarding the slight slant in the home, it’s part of the original structure and does not affect safety, but we understand it can be noticeable. We truly appreciate your honesty and are grateful you chose our home. We hope to welcome you back for an even smoother stay in the future!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay during Pitt’s Family Weekend. It’s great to know our location offered the perfect balance of peace and convenience, and that you felt safe and comfortable, even on a late-night walk back from the game at Acrisure Stadium! We’d love to welcome you back anytime you're visiting Pittsburgh again. Warm regards
