Super Convenient

We had an overall excellent experience with this VRBO experience. The accuracy of the listing was completely accurate. The bed was very firm and I didn’t think I would like it but it was perfect to sleep on. The view was beautiful and breathtaking. The check in was different but easy.

Great stay in NYC

I cannot say enough about the location! Quick walk to Times Square, Central Park, Columbus circle, etc. High enough up so you don’t hear much noise but steps away from everything! The place was clean and just as advertised. You need to meet someone to check in which is an added layer of coordination but it was ok. Host was responsive. Checkout is super easy

Manhattan stay

Overall the place was large and spacious and in a great location. The one thing that could be improved is the quality of the bath towels which were old and worn and there were no hand towels in the kitchen. Nicer towels, better quality toilet paper would make a difference.

Amazing theater district location

The apartment is high and on a corner so the view was amazing. We could see the Hudson River, Times Square lights and the sunset.

Almost perfect

The neighborhood, the views, and the building were exceptional, however, there were serious concerns with the cleanliness of the furnishings and the supplied towels. Otherwise, it was a great location from which to enjoy all the city has to offer.

Do not book this place. Were taken in a back door by the housekeeper Flor who was 1 1/2 hours late to let us into the unit. We were then shown a text message telling us not to mention to anyone Vrbo. We then received a text telling us to avoid the front desk security and if asked (which we were) to tell them that we were visiting someone named Jesus Lopez. The front desk security grilled us asking who we were there to see. It made my teenage daughter very nervous to come in and out of the building. We left the rental. Notified the host that we were leaving via message on Vrbo. They are refusing to refund the stay and told Vrbo that I screamed at them on the phone. I never had any phone conversations with the host.

In the heart of it!

We had a very enjoyable stay - the property was in an excellent location and there was space for all of the family. It was handy to have our own kitchen as well as 2 bathrooms! The views from all rooms were amazing, we definitely felt like we were in the heart of NYC!

The best in the app

My stay in this apartment has been the best in the time I have used the app. From the moment I contacted the Host to reserve it I had an immediate and timely response. Since the very first moment of my arrival at the apartment, it smelled so great, was very clean and all the things were in order. I really liked the elegant minimalist atmosphere of the apartment, it made me feel very comfortable, it is very well located in the center of the city and you have several restaurant options at your fingertips, I can assure you that It is one of the few places in NY where you can get such a wonderful view
