The house was beautiful, clean and spacious, The neighborhood is wonderful close to Disney. We were all adults coming to watch the kids at Wide World of Sports and this house was perfect for us. The pool and deck are very nice with plenty of chairs. The property manager was very helpful and the entire check in/check out process was painless. The beds were comfortable and hot water pressure amazing. Thank you!

Great location, great space!

This was our second time staying at this location. The location is great- it’s easy to get to all the Disney Parks and attractions. The house is large the rooms are spacious with either king beds or large bunks for kiddos. We were traveling with family and each family being able to have their own space was wonderful. The kitchen and entertainment area allows for people to be cooking or hanging out on the couch or playing games at the tables or walking in and out of the outside area and all still be together. We book this trip every year for a cheer competition and will look to stay at this location next year too!

Huge home that looked just like the pictures, tasteful Disney art in the rooms, plenty of space to be together or apart. Nice gate community and the little welcome package and lovely smelling bath and kitchen products were a pleasant surprise. Very clean except for the carpets, they are in need of a deep cleaning. Pool was lovely but note that there are metal fences so you can see all the neighbors in their pools also, they smiled and we had no issues but there's no privacy outside. Spa and pool are not heated but we still enjoyed it. The customer service was exceptional, unlike any other rental we've had with their quick text responses and option to stay later for a reasonable fee (which we did, it was so nice to have until 6pm and relax after a day at Disney). We were even offered a few more nights at a discount if we wanted them. Will 100% stay here or at any of their properties again because of their attention to their customers, it truly was one of the best stays we've had through VRBO. Way less than 3 hotel rooms and only about 10-15 minutes to the Disney parks.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the home, the space for your group, and the Disney touches throughout the rooms. It’s great to know the welcome package and bath products were a pleasant surprise and that the location worked well for your Disney trip. We also truly appreciate you mentioning the carpets—thank you for pointing that out. Feedback like this helps us keep improving the home for future guests. We’re glad you were still able to enjoy the pool and that our team’s communication and flexibility, including the late checkout, helped make your stay even more relaxing. Your kind words about our customer service mean a lot to us. We’d absolutely love to welcome you back to this home or any of our properties again in the future! 😊
