This is an active urban setting, located central/downtown right off the highway. If outdoor traffic noise is an issue this may not be a fit for you.

Pets
Pets allowed up to 2 pets. $50 per pet fee
If staying for 30 days or more a $300 pet fee will be requested after booking

The following taxes will be collected at booking:
City of San Antonio Hotel Tax: 9%
Bexar County Hotel Tax: 1.75%
State of Texas Hotel Tax: 6%

Stays longer than 30 nights are exempt from paying the taxes above.

Booking Cancellations - If a guest decides to cancel within the cancelation deadline, guest will be refunded as outlined in the policy minus processing fees.
Please ensure your reservation includes all guests staying at the property. We provide linens and towels count specifically for each guest. Thank you!

NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE HOME
$250 fee will be charged for remediation. If the house smells of smoke or cigarette butts/etc are left - fee will be charged. If you must smoke do it outdoors only and pick up butts

DO NOT unplug home network router, wifi, or exterior cameras. Any attempt to disconnect will result from immediate eviction from property.
