Hi Frances, thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re happy to hear you found the home beautiful and enjoyed the ocean views, and we truly appreciate you recognizing how responsive our team was during your stay. Regarding the brief water interruption, this is a rare occurrence that can happen on an island due to municipal service issues, and it is not something we typically experience. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused while you were showering. In regard to the refrigerator, we have not received any other concerns about it not cooling properly. In some cases, when the fridge is stocked all at once, it can take additional time for everything inside to fully cool. That said, we always want guests to be comfortable and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Lastly, regarding access to Resort World Bimini’s pools and gym: access policies changed due to a recent ownership transition. A group the week prior was able to access those amenities, but during your stay the resort updated their rules. Even so, we covered day passes for your entire group for the duration of your stay so you could still enjoy the pools and gym. Thank you again for staying with us, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify and continue improving the guest experience.
