A great place to get away from it all! The RV is beautiful, and the setting rustic, full of nature's beauty. Very nice kitchen, comfy bed. Our lovely hosts helped us with everything we needed. There's a firepit where you can do camp-cooking or smores, and the "guard dogs" are big fluffy marshmallows, there to protect you from any aggressive wildlife (of which we saw none, but it was still nice to know the dogs were there for us). We'd love to come stay again sometime! 😊

Location atypique comme on le souhaitait. Caravane propre et spacieuse.Par contre, il manque des choses indispensables (que j’avais dans ma valise heureusement) : papier toilette, sac poubelle, produit vaisselle, des ustensiles de cuisine simples (pas assez de cuillères par exemple..). Mais hôte très accueillante et chaleureuse, merci !

Host was very pleasant. The grounds of the property needed some tending to ….. It sort of felt a little Hills Have Eyes … Where the 5th wheel Sat was tucked in and secured by a small gate , but it most definitely could have been more updated and clean. The grill was old and weathered, not sure if it even worked , and the outside fire pit could had a set of clean or maintained tools for guests . Unfortunately the inside of the Trailer was not clean. The couches and love seats were covered in dirt and debris, the dinning table had sticky residues on it as well. The sink in the kitchen was leaking and had a make shift dirt rag around the base of the faucet to make sure the water dripped back into the basin.Fortunately we brought cleaning supplies to clean the trailer just in case .. Luckily we were there just 1 night , I don’t think we would have been able to stay another.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found me pleasant to work with. I do want to clarify a few points for future guests. We are a working ranch, not a landscaped RV park, so the property is intentionally rustic and reflects an active ranch environment with beautiful mature trees, a creek, and open space. From your review, it sounds like you stayed at the trailer for most of your visit and didn’t have the opportunity to explore the property. The leaking kitchen faucet was an unfortunate maintenance issue, and a replacement faucet was already on the way. The towel around the base was simply to direct the small leak back into the sink until the repair could be completed. The trailer had been cleaned prior to your arrival, and I disagree with the statement that the couches were covered in dirt and debris. I have photos from before check-in if needed. The fire pit tools were provided on-site, though they may have been overlooked. Regarding the grill, I never advertised it as a working amenity. It came with the RV when I purchased it, but I’ll be removing it to avoid any confusion for future guests. I appreciate your comments, as they help identify areas where expectations can be made even clearer for future visitors.
