Brand new kitchen, Jacuzzi, organic garden, minutes to the Village

An immaculately maintained contemporary style house with a brand new kitchen, a large pool and and an organic vegetable garden. It's minutes to Sag Harbor village. Ideal for a couple or a family wanting peace and quiet as well as convenience. My house has a lot of privacy surrounded by large oak trees but is only 10-15 minute walk to the Village, 3 minute drive to the nearest beach (The Long beach) and 10 minute drive to an ocean beach (The Ocean Road beach). The house is very sunny and airy with a spacious living room, skylights and a vaulted ceiling. Also in the living room are large, comfortable sofas and a brand new Samsung flat panel TV. The house has a great kitchen recently updated with beautiful cabinetries, a large island and new appliances such as an induction stove (much quicker than regular stoves but doesn't give out as much heat).
A large master bed room suite on the second level with a fire place and a separate balcony. The room has big closets and a canopy bed with a high quality mattress, and luxury bedding. Behind the bedroom is a spacious bathroom with a shower, skylights and a bath tub. On the main level are two additional bedrooms and a full bath.
Plus more than two acres of the organic garden. You can enjoy fresh watermelons, red peppers, tomatoes and basil from the garden while you're staying at the house. Last, but not least, the house is close to tennis courts, a winery and a yoga studio, offering something for almost everyone.

Sag Harbor peacefulness

Clean home. Great location near Mashashimuet Park and another half mile to Sag harbor town. Quiet area. Home did have any hills around the front property which was a bit ugly but property clean and fun to take a walk through the organic garden. Pool clean but chilly in July & August. Host was lovely and prompt with any info. Layout of kitchen/dining/living room is very family friendly.

serene getaway

Just as advertised, private and quiet but close to town. Our small, multi-generational family weekend was so enhanced by the serene setting and decor. The open floor plan and easy deck and lovely pool were just what we needed for a refreshing long family weekend. Thank you, Grace.

Great home! Great stay!

I wanted to thank our host for her home. We’re a group of fitness friends who gather out east annually & the home was in a great location and offered us everything we wanted: comfy beds, great pool & deck, washer/dryer, and lots of space for the 8 of us. While we didn’t cook or grill, the oven was easy to use for our reheated meals. The house is on a large, well kept property with trees all around which provides solitude. We had no complaints and would stay again.

Excellent for a family

This property is great for a family who wants to be near the town. It is a walking distance of about 8 minutes to a large playground and park and another 10 into town. It is a two minute drive to Long Beach. The pool is lovely with bright exposure early in the day and partially shaded later on the day to protect from sunburn. Importantly for young kids, the pool is well heated. If you have a pet it is terrific and the owner is relaxed about and welcoming of pets ( we brought our Goldendoodle 9 month old). It is surrounded by trees and feels secluded and private. From hevpoll deck it is hard to see any other properties.

Delightful Family Vacation Home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Grace's lovely Sag Harbor home. The house was sun-filled and spotless. The large backyard pool was surrounded by flower beds and gardens. The house is an easy 5 minute bike ride into Sag Harbor--a beautiful and welcoming village of great shops and restaurants. Continue on your bike for one of the great rides hugging the bay. Of significance to us, Grace's house is pet-friendly. Enjoy!

Wonderful family vacation home!

We spent a week in Sag Harbor and enjoyed ourselves immensely! My family (husband and two teenage daughters) enjoyed the pool, proximity to Sag Harbor, the gardens, grounds and home. All was comfortable and a perfect place to rest spend our summer family vacation. We would highly recommend this home for it's comfort, pool,, proximity to town and local restaurants and the excellent service provided by Grace, the owner.

Great Location, beautiful and well-kept

We loved our stay at Grace's house at Sag Harbor. Her house is in a safe convenient location to everything (East Hampton, Southampton, Sag Harbor downtown, etc.). The house is spacious, clean, airy, and decorated with original paintings. Grace was very responsible with any questions while we stayed there. We would recommend this house and are hoping to stay there sometime in the future!

Great vacation

My husband and I had a great time staying at Grace's home at the beginning of September. It was a perfect spot to relax with our 5 month old son and spend time casually having lunch and dinner with friends/family. Everyone loved the garden! We spent time playing tennis at the nearby public courts and going for runs to the ocean. Walked into town multiple times for ice cream and shopping. Otherwise just lounged by the pool (or inside on rainy days). Grace was very responsive and easy to contact at any point. Thanks for everything!

Great stay

My family and I recently stayed at the house for 5 nights. The house is clean, comfortable and perfectly located to the town of Sag Harbor. The pool and the garden are fantastic, secluded and spacious. So relaxing to spend time out on the deck. Beautiful new kitchen and great for cooking with larger groups when you don't want to eat every meal out. Owner was very responsive and communicative. Thanks for a great week!

Such a relaxing estate

My girlfriends and I stayed at the house for 3 nights in July. The house was very clean, comfortable and the pool was amazing. The views from the house of the garden are gorgeous, private and quiet. The walk into town is about 10-15 minutes and it is so convenient. This is a great place to stay and the owner was very accompanying and easy to communicate with. Definitely coming back!

Perfect Hampton's Home Rental July 2016!

I have been coming to the Hamptons for over 20 years and I stayed with my family this past month in this lovely home. It was immaculately kept with a full service kitchen. It has a beautiful private back yard with large deck, heated pool that was so warm we didn't need to heat it and a large garden that is made available to renters. The home's location was perfect, very close to Sag Harbor and also an easy drive to Bridgehampton and East Hampton. The owner was unbelievably responsive and available before, during and even after our stay. I would highly recommend this rental and hope to stay there again soon ourselves.

We had a lovely time at the house which was well kept, clean and handled very professionally all-around. The location was terrific for access to Sag Harbor and other points in the Hamptons by car. It is a great house for a family or two mothers and children as we were. We would certainly recommend the rental and all went very smoothly.

Gorgeous house and garden

A group of us stayed for the 4th weekend and a wonderful relaxing time. The organic garden is fantastic and the house was very nice. We ate freshly picked salad every day and had a great time with the pool and barbecue. Wonderfully appointed open kitchen. Fabulous pool and there is an outdoor shower as well. Zero neighbor noise. The pool is secluded and the house is in walking distance from Sag Harbor Main Street. One note: there are 2 bathrooms not 3.

Private Haven

If you love farm-fresh organic produce, this is the house for you. What a joy to send the children into the garden to pick lunch. We enjoyed tomatoes, kale, cucumber, basil and watermelon etc. from this wonderful garden. The house has a big, functional kitchen to prepare that great produce and a beautiful, totally private pool deck to enjoy your meals. The pool is a great size and the outdoor area is so peaceful. The house itself is bright and airy. The three queen beds are amazingly comfortable and the two bathrooms we used are recently updated. If you can tear yourself away from your peaceful haven, you'll find that you are well located just minutes from town, beaches, vineyards and Shelter Island, where you can go kayaking, hiking or enjoy a game of mini-golf. The owner was very easy to deal with and responsive and her parents, who visited to tend the garden occasionally, were extremely kind and gracious.

Summer 2013 trip

Our family of three had a wonderful time at the house. The house is very well appointed, the pool is great, the garden is beautiful and the location is perfect for getting into town, bay beaches, ocean beaches, Wolffer estate winery with sunset concerts on weekends, a great playground, tennis courts and Bay Burger for burgers and ice cream.

Great Choice!

We stayed here over July 4th and had a great time. It was our first time renting a vacation home and we were not disappointed. The house was clean and in great condition. Located minutes from town, the beach, golf and vineyards it was the perfect staging point for all of our activities. Plenty of room for six adults and a toddler. We used the pool every day and grilled outside a few times as well. Great owner and impressive garden. Highly recommend.
