Very clean property and it is the perfect beach house for the weekend. Bathrooms and bedrooms are a great size. The kitchen is up stairs and is perfect for entertaining the whole family

Clear communication. Only thing we were surprised by was the initial smell of the home when we arrived. It smelled like urine. Also the beds were not comfortable at all.

Galveston Vacation

Excellent property for a 5 night family group of 12! Great access to attractions and restaurants. Large kitchen with all needed supplies for cooking and grilling. Comfortable sleeping spaces.

Great Place to Stay

House is exactly as listed, GREAT LOCATION, so homey, all the things you could possibly need, super clean, great communication, and a great neighborhood. They really did a great job with this property. You won’t regret staying here!!!

Nice place to stay

The house was nice overall. The hot tub and the dryer didn’t work but the owner was very nice and responsive about it! I would def stay here again

Beautiful vacation home.

A beautiful vacation home. Walking distance to the beach and Pier Carnival as well as shops and restaurants. Lots of things to do on the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. We will definitely stay again.

Quick beach trip

We had a great time in Galveston. The house had a fun layout, and we were all comfortable. It was close to the sea wall so took no time getting there.

Galvez cottage

We enjoyed everything about this property. It’s perfect for large groups. We had 8 people sleep very comfortably here. We’ll be back.

Ocean trip

This was a great place to stay for a group of 5. Plenty of room for everyone! We loved that it was just a 1/4 mile from the beach so we didn’t have to mess with parking. Loved the use of the wagon! Felt very safe. True to the pictures.

Galveston stay

The house was clean, comfortable, and close to walking distance of the beach. We greatly enjoyed our stay. When we found the dryer not working, it was very easy to contact the property manager and let them know.

Nice place

Nice place in the middle of a neighborhood in Galveston. Close access to Pleasure Pier and several of the restaurants on Seawall Blvd. Surprising amount of space upstairs and downstairs, with a number of hide-a-beds throughout. We also liked the fenced-in yard and gate access to the entry stairs.

House was just as described and felt very welcoming and cozy. The air conditioner worked well. Our kids loved being downstairs and playing games. The front balcony was nice to sit and relax. It was close to everything that you need restaurants, grocery stores, the pier and beach. We had an amazing time and the home made it even better. We had one hiccup upon arrival, the previous guests had accumulated lots of trash to the point where the trash lid would not close. It was the first thing we saw and smelled when entering the property gate. it was quickly handled and trash was taken to the curb for pick up the following day. Other then that, the stay was wonderful.

Galveston trip

The house was very nice., with plenty of room for me and my husband and two grandsons.We stayed for seven nights and enjoyed our time here.I had a little difficulty with the stairs.The kitchen was very nice,we cooked several meals here.Loved having a washer and dryer.Would stay here again.The house is in a good location with a lot to do close by.

Awesome location with an easy walk to the beach, dog park, dining/activities, and pleasure pier! Had a comfortable stay with plenty of room for our group (5 adults, 2 kids). Had plenty of towels, beach towels, extra pillows/blankets. Fenced in entry stairs and a locked gate made us feel extra safe in a safe neighborhood. Had a couple of minor issues which we communicated with the host with responsive return communication, other than that, we had a great stay!

Galveston stay

House was very clean, and comfortable. It is centrally located and close to everything. We had an issue with the door lock but once I called management someone was there to fix it right away.

House was located in a good spot and was clean. The only problem we had was the beds were hard as a rock and squeaky. The house has very thin walls so you heard everything outside. At night, and in the mornings, we were woke up by cars passing and going down the busy streets. The house is very old so it had a distinct smell to it. Some of the Furniture was old and ripped and stained.

Great family place

This house is adorable! All the little details are super cute. Its a great space for families. They even had board games and puzzles. Plenty of space for everyone. 2 living areas! Amazing walk in shower! Convenient charging station for all the devices. Plenty of towels and bed linens. Extra blankets. It is located on a very busy road so the traffic noise was a bit loud at times. Walking distance to Pleasure Pier. We will definitely be back!

We had good communication leading up to our stay. The house was clean and ready for check-in at the designated time. The location was fantastic, and we were able to walk to Galveston beach. The home is big and roomy. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Nice location. Terrible parking. Can barely fit one small vehicle in garage. Sugar ants everywhere on kitchen counters so even had to keep cereal in icebox. Huge hornets nest on garage door to go out back filled with hornets. Host company was nice but they clearly know nothing about the property like a normal host person does and some of questions i asked their answers were incorrect for that reason. Overall we did enjoy our trip and had fun. The minor issues did not affect our stay
