Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and for staying with us. We're so glad you enjoyed the home, the location, and especially the rooftop patio. We're sorry to hear you had some trouble with access and the food delivery. We do test all of our access codes before each arrival, and they were working before check-in. Since each entry point has its own code for security, we understand it can be a little confusing at first. Delivery drivers in the area are generally familiar with the property, though experiences can certainly vary. We appreciate you sharing your experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again!

It’s great that the location worked so well for you, and I’m happy the parking made things easier too. I truly appreciate you recommending the place, and I’d love to welcome you back anytime! 😊
