Getting around Hollywood, FL, from our condo is a breeze. The area is well-served by public transportation, including bus routes that connect you to key destinations within the city and beyond. For those who prefer driving, major roads and highways are easily accessible, making it convenient to explore neighboring cities like Fort Lauderdale and Miami. If you're headed to the beach, it's just a quick 10-minute drive away. For a more leisurely experience, consider renting a bike to explore the scenic local routes and nearby attractions.

Cancellation/Refund Policies: We always uphold our cancellation policies as we incur costs on our home regardless of if a guest shows up or not, which is why we have our cancellation policy as it is shown on the listing. When we travel we always opt for travel insurance. We suggest travel insurance from either the booking platform or externally so neither of us have to worry if anything disrupts your trip.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can, however, we cannot grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability, and if another guest is checking out or in that same day. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to additional fees.

External rental agreement will need to be signed after booking.
