Quality property, location and management team.

Had a great week in this two bedroom property. Ideal for our young family. All the amenities and conveniences were in order. I'd book here again.

Stay at cabin

The place was as stated, it could use a bit of tlc in maintenance but it was clean and stocked well for kitchen that we were able to have meals without lacking cookware, etc. Could update the broom and a mop be nice to have as entry way gets wet and no mop to wipe up, also bigger garbage bags be nice to have to put smaller bags that fill up quickly. The bathroom by onsuite was cold even with the heat on, not sure if the heater actually works, but it was colder than normal there. Overall very nice and we enjoyed our stay and also thank you to the gentleman who shovelled our walks daily very nice!

Great stay

All as described, 5-min stroll to village, right on the slope, decent hot-tub, all you can want for a skiing holiday!

Great Ski in/ski out

The location was awesome. Our kids skied in and skied out daily. The condo had all the amenities we needed and was assessable inside which became important once I broke my ankle during our stay. The furniture was comfortable and the condo was clean. The only two minor bothers to us was that the wifi cut out which would jolt us in the middle of a Netflix family movie and that the path to the condo was treacherous and not appropriate for crutches. Neither issue would stop us from renting this condo again. Thank you!

Great ski in/out location.

The unit had a great location, ski in/out, and only minutes walk to tubing, skating, and the village. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It also accommodated pets, which was great! The only downside was the location of the shared hot tub (only exterior access and opposite end of unit) and the hot tub maintenance seemed to happen at all the units on the same day. Otherwise, great time.

well equipped condo

Condo was well equipped and location was excellent. Having the common room for stashing outdoor gear was handy. The locks were tricky to open in both doors which was frustrating. All bedding could do with some updating as it was very worn and dingy looking, although clean. Please do not use dryer sheets on laundry as many people are sensitive to the fragrances and chemicals in them.

Thank you for staying at South of Sixty and for taking the time to write your review. The common room is a great feature as is the fabulous location that all our guests love. We haven't had any prior comments on the keyless locks so will definitely take a look at them and it may just be a simple fix with us replacing batteries. Your comments regarding the "worn" bedding is much appreciated. You'll be happy to know that the condo is undergoing a complete reno as soon as this ski season is over - so it will be fresh, bright and updated for summer and next winter. That's also a very helpful tip regarding dryer sheets - it's the first time we've heard it, but makes total sense and we will forward your feedback to the cleaning company we use. Excellent Accommodation

We had an excellent week skiing holiday staying in this accommodation. It is in an excellent ski-in ski-out location - you can literally ski to and (with a little push) from the doorstep. The condo is very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including little details such as washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs etc. As a previous reviewer has mentioned, the condo feels a lot lighter and more spacious than shown by the photos. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Silver Star.

Great unit. Spacious, clean and perfect location.

Unit is much brighter and nicer than it appears in photos. Very spacious, big rooms, very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The location was great for ski in and ski out. Very close to village into town. The building hot tub was great. Loved our stay here, I would recommend this unit and stay here again.

Excellent location for ski in/out

The condo has sun all day long, is comfortably furnished and outfitted. Very easy access to downhill and cross country skiing/snowshoeing. All around highly recommended location and unit.
