I booked this unit at the last minute since my original reservation was canceled the day before my trip. The host went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I had everything we needed. The house was very clean and the beach view was perfect. We loved everything about our stay!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property was very clean and comfortable. Directly across the street from beach access. Loved waking up to sit in sunroom watching the sunrise over the waves.

Lovely home and very spacious

The house was clean and the host was very prompt! Just one downside it is on A1A so a bit noisy with traffic. Other than that I highly recommend this home for family’s!

SO SPACIOUS!!!

It was super spacious, so none of us had to feel like we were on top of each other all week and our stuff didn’t have to sit out in the open. The master bedroom is absolutely gorgeous and the bed in there sleeps like a cloud. Would definitely return.

Great place in Daytona!

This property looks a little underwhelming on the outside. What's inside makes up for it. Everything was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen very well stocked, and plenty of room to spread out. View of the ocean from nearly everywhere you look. Ocean is a short walk across street and is usually not very crowded because there is no hotel in front of the property. Would stay again for sure.

Great Experience

Beautiful stay! The housing was beautiful spacious and clean. The location was perfect with a great view. Truly enjoyed our time! Highly recommend 99 problems and the beach ain't 1. Just be mindful that the location has 2 flights of stairs, which may be difficult for some. House had all you need for the beach which is directly across the street! Centrally located in Daytona. If you are visiting Daytona with up to 10 people, give this location a try!

I was not expecting the property to be the top floor of an office building with a sketchy back parking lot entrance. I thought it was a house. With that said, it was very clean and the property manager was really nice and accommodating. One of the toilets did not work and they had maintenance there within an hour to fix it. I think Daytona as a whole is older and there are not many options if you are looking for something more updated. This is a good location near Ocean Center and clean.
The unit is the top floor of this office building.
The door on the left is the entrance to the unit.

Never judge a book by it's cover!

When we pulled up we were a bit worried as the outside is needing some work, yet. We then understood that this property was recently bought by Salty Dog. The apartment was very clean, and had a great open floor plan. The bed in the master was so comfy I wanted to take it home with me! Overall, great experience and would stay here again.
