The Farmhouse at Bonnieheath Estate exudes vintage country charm and fully equipped with what you need for a warm, inviting getaway or entertaining 8 guests. The vintage-styled three-bedroom, one-bathroom house blends old and new design elements. Guests have exclusive access to a fully equipped kitchen, the front and side lawns, as well as the large outdoor porch, which features a porch swing, a six-person dining table, and an eight-person hot tub overlooking the lavender fields. You may explore the 130 acre property before and after business hours. Relax, explore, and experience the magic of Bonnieheath Estate in this enchanting countryside retreat.Our Farmhouse is part of a tranquil and quiet Estate experience and is best suited for quiet, low key stays. Parties and events are not permitted with standard bookings. For guests interested in hosting a wedding or special celebration, the Estate does offer dedicated event options with prior approval - please inquire for details. If the space happens to be ready slightly ahead of time, we're happy to message you. Guests are welcome to enjoy the winery or explore the property while they wait. The Bedrooms The White Countryside Room - A charming queen bedroom with French Country décor and a handmade quilt.The Shabby Chic Room - Accommodates four with two queen beds and views of the vintage silo, woodland garden, and lavender rows.English Garden Room – Features a queen bed with stunning views of the lavender fields and vineyard. We use all cotton sheets. Kitchen & Amenities The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking, with a spacious island. The Farmhouse also includes a full laundry area with a washer and dryer for guest use. Events, Gatherings & Noise PolicyBonnieheath Estate is a celebration destination! We are proud to host special getaways, weddings, and gatherings. If you are planning a celebration with additional guests, higher noise levels, or extended use of the property, please contact us ahead of time. Otherwise, we expect a very low noise environment at all times with Quiet Hours from 9pm to 7am.Additional fees, rental of the Cellar Suite, and a Celebration Package may apply. These options include extended daytime guest allowances, higher noise limits until 11:00 pm, and optional upgrades like Winery experiences and space rentals. We'd love to make your special day even more memorable! If you plan to host a party or gathering, you must rent both the Farmhouse and the Cellar Suite. This ensures privacy for all guests and prevents noise disturbances. The Farmhouse is a century home, and while noise mitigation measures have been taken, sounds from above can still impact guests staying in the Cellar Suite. We use a Minut Monitoring system that measures noise and sound levels. It does not record conversations. This ensures guest comfort throughout their stay within both units. For overnight stays, the Farmhouse accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. The Cellar Suite accommodates 2 guests. The total maximum number of overnight guests is 10 when both suites are booked. A $1,000 fine applies to any guests who violate this policy. During the day, gatherings can accommodate up to 30 guests. A per-person celebration fee applies for additional daytime guests and must be booked in advance. Guests hosting events can also book a host through our website to assist with setup. This is especially useful for those renting items from our collection, which includes tables, chairs, beverage dispensers, bar setup items, and more.All guests must adhere to the County of Norfolk noise policy, which enforces quiet time from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Guests staying in the Farmhouse without booking the Cellar Suite must keep noise levels down at all times inside and out to respect those staying below. There is a fine for violating this policy.Purchased Experiences & Add-onsGuests who wish to purchase items up for their stay can order online and make arrangements for pickup. Availability depends on staffing. Experiences are seasonal. Pet PolicyThe Farmhouse is pet-friendly; however, a pet fee applies. Pets must be under 50 pounds combined weight and may not be left alone inside the house. Pets must remain on a leash while on the farm and at the winery. Pets are not permitted to sleep on our beds and furniture, please ensure you bring your pets bed. Alcohol & Smoking PolicyOutdoor smoking only. A minimum $250 fee applies for indoor violations. Guests may enjoy their own alcohol in the house, on the porch, or in the front yard. Alcohol purchased from Bonnieheath may be enjoyed anywhere on the estate but must remain within designated areas.Additional InformationBonnieheath is a working farm, vineyard, and winery. Outdoor activity is not permitted after 11 p.m. The Farmhouse occupies the main and top floors of a century home, with no shared spaces.Revisions to This PolicyBonnieheath Estate reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy, our Internet Service Agreement and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted in accordance with the Internet Service Agreement.
