Panoramic Bay View! Family Friendly Beach, Quiet Surf Sounds!

Baywatch is on the quiet end of Pensacola Beach, FL. This unit is an ideal location for a beach get-away. It has unobstructed views of the Sound and is a short walk to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf across the street. If the surf is too high on the Gulf side, the quietwater will still be a relaxing playground. Enjoy the pool and a long dock/pier on the sound for fishing or sunset viewing. Baywatch has a small, private beach, great for swimming and for small watercraft from jet-skis to kayak/paddleboards. Be sure to watch for the dolphins hunting for small fish between the local docks.

The well-organized floor plan contains 2 BR and 2 BA, with additional sleeping space on a queen sized sofa bed in the living area. This unit is completely furnished and contains all the amenities needed for meals and entertainment. The fully tiled floors are easy to clean, newer appliances and a large counter bar accomodates meal time and happy hour. Located on the 1st floor over the parking garage, unloading is easy.

Spend your vacation playing in the sun and water while listening to the quiet sounds of the surf outside your window. Explore historic Ft. Pickens and the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Great property in perfect location

We had an amazing stay at this 1st floor walkup unit - it was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the balcony every day! Walking on the dock and floating in the bay was wonderful, and walking across the street to the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. Communicating with Angela was easy, and the check in/out process was simple. We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation spot

From the quick communication with host to the house being just as described. Clean. Great location on Santa Rosa sound. It was my 2 teens and Father. We all had a fantastic week!

Stayed in paradise

Everything we needed was there. Spend most of the time on the balcony overlooking the water.Fort Pickens was nearby to fish and wathch the Blue Angels.

Feels like Home

Home just doesn't have these views. The owner is a local and openly shared all the tips we needed for enjoying the bay, the gulf, and of course near by restaurants.Watched the sunset from the balcony& sat on the beach steps away from the room for the sunrise! Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to cook a meal, comfortable beds, well kept bathrooms...Overall the place deserves all 5 stars.

Accommodations were very nice. Great view out back and the beach is right across the street. Great access to everything you need. Host was easy to access with any questions we had! We hope to visit again.

Amazing Owner/ Host

(Late review, stayed in April 24’) We were welcomed by the owner. She made sure we had everything we would need to have an amazing stay. I knew what to expect having stayed at the same condos 2-3 times before with another owner, though this was polite and helpful. The house was stocked with everything one would need, but I like to bring and use my own things and not use the owners. Very clean property! A all around.

Visiting our Sailor

We came to town to spend time with our son who is currently at Corry Station for A School. We had a great weekend. Some sightseeing, but mainly just hanging out and relaxing in the condo. The condo was comfortable, clean, a great value and a great location. We will hopefully be able to come back for his graduation in a few months.

We had a wonderful night at the condo before an unfortunate water main break due to a construction accident that forced us to cut our stay short. The condo is lovely and has what you need.

Great condo and location

Loved everything about the condo except that there are no blinds or blackout curtains and it's really bright when you are trying to sleep. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely go back again.

Family trip

We enjoyed the condo. It was clean and comfy. The beds were very comfortable. The weather was very hot, but expected. The hostess met us at the beginning of our stay and gave us instructions. She was very sweet. There were beach chairs ,sand toys, and beach towels available with the condo. BBQ grill with charcoal and fluid supplied . Nice place.

Fun and welcoming

Had a great time, the property manager, Angela was so kind and welcoming. Answered all of my questions. The place was by the water and quiet area. Relaxing and could walk by the water on the gulf breeze side. There are stairs to get to it but my mom managed it okay. Plus covered car area. We got to eat outside on the patio with looking out at the water. Angela thanks again! My mom who is 70 and I’m turning 40 had a great time.

Lovely bay view

My husband and I had a short trip to Pensacola Beach in February. I was attending a church conference in Pensacola for 2 days. We stayed in this condo on Pensacola Beach on the bay. It only took about 20 minutes to get to downtown Pensacola. The Bay and Beach are absolutely beautiful. The Baywatch Complex is older, but kept up well. The grounds are very pretty, and this unit was updated and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The owners have little extras in the unit which we really appreciated, like paper towels, dish liquid, spices, toiletries, etc. I definitely recommend this rental property.

Fabulous stay for a class reunion

I was in town for a high school class reunion in Gulf Breeze, so it was like "coming home" for me. Of course, I was already familiar with the area, but the host, Angela, provided me with all the other information I needed. She remained in contact and made sure I had arrived and accessed the condo without any issue. I was hopeful to meet her personally, but our schedules did not permit. But Angela was quick to communicate. The condo is in a fabulous location, so it was close to every place that I wanted to visit during my stay. And the view of the Sound immediately behind the condo was spectacular (along with the Gulf directly across the street.) Although I didn't need them, she left detailed notes for most everything you would need and want to know for your stay. The condo was beautiful and had a well-furnished kitchen, comfortable beds/pillows, and plenty of bathroom linens. Everything was as represented on the listing. I will definitely be staying here again on future visits.
