Close to downtown but in a quiet area. Gated community. Resort style pool, fitness center, spa, club house and lush landscape.
Close to light rail, freeways, downtown baseball and events arenas.
Easy access to airport.

The condo is the end unit at far end of complex, overlooking grass area (No view of cars or traffic). Really nice and quiet!
Living space is on 2 levels with attached garage below.
Each bedroom has a connecting bathroom.

Nice enough

I must admit we've had much better rentals with VRBO before. Although the owner, Dawn, was quick to respond to our initial complaint of water on the kitchen floor because of a leaky faucet, it was quite obvious that this unit could use some TLC. The carpet needs refreshing, the furniture is dated, both bathrooms need renos and the kitchenware is sub-standard. The location is ideal because it is central to all the attractions Phoenix has to offer. Access to the property is easy since Dawn gives a remote for the gate and garage. Dawn is a caring owner. We had to leave earlier than scheduled because of COVI-19 and she agreed to refund beyond the VRBO recommendation.

A+ accommodation with central location

We stayed here for the final four weekend and had a wonderful experience. Sizable apartment with great living room and community pool with hot tub. Exceeded expectations.

Great place to stay

Very nice and clean condo to stay at. Close to the airport and light rail statio.Plenty of restaurants and stores to go out to eat and shop. Nice pool to relax at.

The perfect fit at the perfect price in the perfect location

Our family was in town for the annual Phoenix Volleyball Festival. It was awesome having a quiet, air conditioned condo to stay in for the five days we were in town. Many of the teams stay at hotels, but we opted for a condo in order to be able to cook healthy meals. The condo was exactly as pictured and described! Clean, comfortable, and well stocked! There was even a working blender, coffee maker, and crock pot!!! It was great having a garage to park in and the fitness center was wonderful after a long day of sitting at the tournament. We did not use the pool, but it look great too. The condo is close to the local Safeway market and only 4 short miles from the convention center. Thanks Dawn for being so responsive and allowing us an extra couple of hours at checkout. Great, great weekend!!

Perfect

Overall the stay was very comfortable. I would most definitely stay again and most definitely recommend this condo to others who need to be in the downtown phoenix area. It was so much more comfortable, spacious and convenient than a hotel, not to mention more affordable. The complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained. It feels really secluded, shady and lovely. We came in for Comic-con and it was a very easy drive to the convention center as well as other attractions. Lots of restaurant options in the immediate areas as well. Our host was wonderful as I had a few questions and confusions (not her fault). She was easy to reach and quick to respond. The beds were comfy. There were three TVs, so everyone could do their own thing if needed and the pool was very pleasant. Just to give a heads up to future renters: the one car garage is a tight fit both because of its dimensions and proximity to guest parking. I have an economy car so while dicey it was doable. I'm not sure how a full size, SUV or other large vehicle would manage. Of course in the cooler months parking outside the garage would be fine. Also, there's no bath soap or shampoo - so be sure to bring with. There was laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap and cleaning supplies.

Wonderful Location and Condo

My husband had surgery at St. Joseph's hospital. We stayed for two weeks. It was so convenient, just a short walk to St. Joseph's. The light rail system took us from the airport to a place nearby the condo so we could walk (no need for a vehicle - we did have one though). The condo itself was spacious, quiet and comfortable. We had absolutely no issues at all. The host is just lovely and is really accommodating. I got a chance to use the gym which served its purpose. However, I missed out on the pool. Looked great though. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy downtown Phoenix or needs to be close to the hospital. It is very safe as well.

Great Location

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. The gated condo complex is neat and tidy with great amenities. Location was great, short walk to groceries, pharmacy, transit, etc. We would highly recommend this rental property. Dawn is very obliging and responds promptly if you have any issues or questions. We thoroughly our visit to the Greater Phoenix area, it is beautiful area. Cheers, Angela and Marty

Downtown Condo

It was a great location for what we needed. It was very well maintained, nice amenities, quiet and clean. Dawn was very pleasant and easy to work with. We struggled with the air-conditioning that was pre-programmed and we couldn't get it off the programming until we finally just pushed a bunch of buttons on the last night and got it to go on and stay on. It kept shutting off and returning to the setting of 80-88 depending on the time of day. Outside was 110 degrees so we really needed the air conditioning. Dawn tried to help us with it, but she stated she hadn't had the problem before. There are also quite a few stairs so it wouldn't work well for anyone who may not be able to do stairs. The garage is very small and barely fit our full size rental car. However it was nice that there was a garage. The other tenants in the condo complex were very pleasant and helpful. The pool was nice, a bit small and bit dirty but still refreshing. Overall a nice condo.

Angel's Spring Training Trip

Excellent location

The location of our condo was a real plus. The listing photos were accurate and the condo was clean with everything in working order. The owner provided all the info we needed to access the property. The parking area is very tight and is best used by small vehicles. Nice linens on both beds and the bedrooms were good size. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to others.

What a great condo to stay in!

This condo was wonderful. My wife and I along with another couple really enjoyed ourselves. It was very clean and seem to be stocked with everything you would need. Also, Dawn left very clear instructions on how to get into the condo when first arrived. A few recommendations we thought of are: 1) You might want to buy a small stereo to play music on or purchase 2 Bluetooth speakers that someone staying there can connect their cell phones to. Luckily I had my laptop which had music on it and we were able to play some jazz and have a few bottle of wine! lol 2) We really enjoyed the upstairs loft/den area but we didn't think you needed the huge desk upstairs. Why not enjoy the space more by adding a TV up there with a small table and possibly another chair. I know if my teenage daughter would have came, she would love to relax in the loft watching her favorite program. 3) Add Lo-Lo's Chicken and Waffles to your list of restaurants. Although it wasn't in walking distance, we drove the location on S. Central Ave. The food was FANTASTIC! Overall the stay was incredible and I would not only stay there again, but I would recommend staying at Dawn's condo to anyone!

Happy Sunseeker

We enjoyed our week in this property. It was well maintained and comfortable. We liked being so close to downtown and enjoyed the restaurants we found. The pool was very nice and never crowded. The stairs were a little steep but maybe that's because we're getting older. :) The owner was very helpful as we struggled with the code to enter the first night.

Great Place for Two Couples

My husband and I along with another couple recently stayed at this property. It was very clean, centrally located and Dawn was extremely helpful and easy to get a hold of regarding booking and any questions we might have had. The major plus was having two bedrooms and two bathrooms on two different floors. This really gave both couples a lot of privacy and the condo and it's surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and had a full washer and dryer in the unit which was a plus. Our bed upstairs was not as comfortable as hoped and the upstairs shower was a little outdated and the carpet was a little worn. We didn't spend a lot of time at the condo, but when we did it was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the large flat screen TV in the living room and comfortable furniture. I would highly recommend this property for two couples.

Very nice place near the financial district. Pool was heated to very comfortable temperature, so we used it even on a cool evening. Secure, gated compound with entrance to condo from attached garage was handy. Room layout is ideal for for two couples or a family of four. Plenty of restaurants, Starbucks, groceries, etc. within walking distance (Mi Patio, the best Mexican food we've had, is about four blocks away). Owner was very helpful and friendly. The garage is rather small, so a large car or SUV may not fit. We had a midsize car, so it was just big enough. I would certainly recommend renting this property.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed staying here and the condo was exactly as pictured here. It was very nice to have a bathroom and bedroom both upstairs and downstairs. It was very clean and well equiped. The owner provided great information and instructions for the unit. We had an infant too, and the stairs are located kind of out the way, so she wasn't able to see them to beeline for them when she was allowed to explore a bit :). Pros: Great location, nice layout and decor, well equiped, and having the garage attached was wonderful. The bedrooms are quite seperate too, which is quite nice. Everything was as expected or better. Very close to Walgreens and Safeway as well as downtown. Cons: The internet worked well, but to stream movies we did have to make sure the laptop wasn't downloading anything! Also, the tv wasn't HDMI so we weren't able to use the screen for our ipad movies. Would definately look to staying again in future and would recommend to anyone who was travelling to Phoenix.

Great stay!

My wife and I had a great stay in this condo. Convenient, safe, and clean. Close walk to the light rail. We had my daughter, her husband and our granddaughter visit. Very good, as there are in effect two suites to ensure privacy. Amenities on location---pool and workout facility. Hard to beat.

Lovely, well maintained condo

Four of us spent three nights at this condo. It was just as the pictures show with lots of room great layout for four adults. The condo was clean, fresh and really well maintained. Dawn, the owner, was extremely accomodating and provided a welcome bottle of cider, books and brochures about local activities and sights. The pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed two evenings sitting on the balcony of the condo just enjoying the evening. I would stay there again

I just loved the modern and open feel of this condo with it's high celing in the living room and loads of windows throughout! Location is just perfect too...the complex is in a quiet area yet it's just a hop and a skip to downtown! It's also close to the freeways so that you can get anywhere in the Phoenix area in no time.

There's so many things close by and in walking distance. A lovely park. Lot's of restaurants and coffee shops. Or you can just stay home and relax on one of the two balconies!
