1 Bedroom apartment with swimming pool

This is our first bad review in the 10 years that we have been renting the apartment and were surprised by the comments. Nevertheless we are grateful for the feedback. With respect to the cleanliness of the apartment, we have since changed our cleaning company and moving forward would hope this has been addressed. With respect to the pool cleanliness we disagree with the statements made. Our family and over 100 guests over the last 10 years (and the residents) have used the pool and we have never had any skin reactions. It is incorrect to state that the water is only changed once a year. My family and I also used the pool a couple of weeks after this guest left and found it clean with no reasons for concern. We would also say that a car is useful but not compulsory. We have managed on many trips without a car and with small children. There are shops a 10 minute walk away though the park and there is a bus into the city centre every hour.
