Like having a private resort!!
This property is absolutely breathtaking! The pool is a true oasis, featuring a magical waterfall, hot tub, and a thoughtfully designed shallow area that’s perfect for young children. The entire space is fully gated, with lush green lawns, fire pits, and plenty of comfortable lounge areas to relax and unwind.
One of the standout features was the outdoor kitchen, which is as well-equipped as any home kitchen, plus fun extras like a charcoal pizza oven! We loved dining under twinkling fairy lights in the spacious, covered picnic area—a perfect setting for memorable family meals.
After dinner, the outdoor covered game area was a hit with our family, providing hours of entertainment.
The RV itself is brand new, with two cozy bedrooms, but we found ourselves spending most of our time outdoors because there was just so much to enjoy.
The location also couldn’t be more convenient, close to the Yuba, a well-stocked market (Mother Truckers), and even the fire department just down the street, which gave us extra peace of mind as we have a young daughter who is type 1 diabetic.
Coti was a wonderful host! We had an unforgettable experience and can’t wait to return!
