Welcome to my beautifully remodeled guest house! Just 10 minutes from the airport, we're nestled among the best local restaurants and close to great outdoor adventures. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed and the living room includes a snug pull-out couch. perfect for a cozy stay. Come and enjoy!
Please note: There is a friendly dog in the courtyard area. She doesn't bite, but we wanted to make sure you're aware of her presence.

➜ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge and stove.
➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.
➤ Availability of free driveway parking ( 2 spaces).
➤ Availability of visitors parking.

Welcome to your charming retreat in a vibrant neighborhood that blends urban convenience with suburban tranquility. Renowned for its lush, tree-lined streets and unique local eateries, cafes, and boutiques, this area is minutes from a popular mountain, perfect for hiking and city views. Enjoy a friendly, safe, and walkable community with top dining spots and a nearby trail for jogging and biking. With easy access to downtown, surrounding cities, and major highways, our location offers the best of both worlds for your perfect getaway.
Car: Conveniently located near major highways, driving allows easy access to downtown, nearby cities, and local attractions.
Bike: The nearby trail provides a scenic and safe route for biking. The neighborhood is bike-friendly with dedicated lanes and bike racks at various locations.
Public Transit: Public transportation options are readily accessible, with bus stops within walking distance offering routes to key destinations around the city.
Rideshare: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, providing a quick and convenient way to get around without the need for parking.
Walking: The neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly, with many shops, restaurants, and attractions within a short stroll, allowing you to enjoy the local vibe on foot.
➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
Please take a moment to go over my booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.
1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
9. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
