Ubicado en el piso 15, en lo alto del nuevo desarrollo más moderno de South Beach, The 1 Hotel & Homes, con una entrada privada en la calle 24. El apartamento tiene una vista frontal completa del Océano Atlántico de cada habitación y su terraza de 200 pies cuadrados. La habitación tiene dos exposiciones y una hermosa vista de Indian Creek.

Los muebles son todas marcas europeas de gama alta - Ligne Roset, Natuzzi & Flou.

La sala de estar es espaciosa, con un gran sofá acolchado de tapicería, 2 sillones de nogal, un hermoso café de cristal de color azul y C-Mesas. La alfombra es de lana tejida a mano con detalles azules. El Samsung HDTV de 4 pulgadas de 65 pulgadas está instalado en una sorprendente composición de nogal y laca blanca.

El gabinete de bar se encuentra entre los espacios de vida y comedor y tiene hermosa cristalería italiana y barware.

El dormitorio principal es una suite completa de la hermosa cama king-size de Flou con nogal y detalles tapizados. La mesa de noche de nogal y la consola de televisión complementan perfectamente la cama. Un espejo hermoso le da una vista impresionante del océano como paso de nuevo en el apartamento desde el balcón.
El cuarto de baño es casi tan grande como un dormitorio! Tiene dos lavabos, lavabo grande en la bañera, una ducha completa y por supuesto, un baño!

An amazing g property in a perfect location. The property is very well kitted out and always super clean. This is our 3rd time staying here for a week at a time and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Clean Room. Laundry in unit was great. Service was great. Hotel is amazing. The unit owner was great and the management company was fantastic. I didn't think the extra charge for an additional person was clear and was misleading from Vrbo website.

The place was perfect, and the hosts were incredible. They were so responsive to all of our questions. We have stayed at multiple places at the One--both in the hotel and the homes and I don't think I'd ever rent with anyone else.

I would not stay here again. One of the main reasons we booked this property was the advertised balcony. When we arrived, all of the balcony furniture shown in the listing had been removed, and the balcony door was blocked so it couldn’t even be accessed. The host claimed not to know about it, even though the furniture that was clearly advertised had obviously been removed.What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete refusal to offer any compensation or take responsibility for the misleading listing. We paid for amenities that were not available during our stay.On top of that, there are so many house rules that it doesn’t feel like you’re on vacation. Instead of being able to relax, it feels like you’re constantly worried about violating another rule.Overall, the listing did not accurately reflect what was provided, and the lack of accountability from the host made the situation much worse. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a stress-free vacation and a property that matches what is advertised.

Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in was super easy, the condo was very comfortable for our family of four, and the amenities at the One can’t be beat. We’d definitely stay again.

The place was very clean and we really enjoyed staying there. There is a light out in the closet in one of the bedrooms. I did let them know for 3 days but it wasn’t taken care of by the time we left. Hopefully it is by now. We would stay at this place again.

A few days in paradise

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay!! There are ocean views from every room! We spent hours sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. The suite is so quiet and comfortable, but still close to all the action. The property manager and owner are both wonderful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wedding Trip

My Family stayed at the 1 Homes in Miami for my brother’s wedding and by the end of our stay, we didn’t want to leave. The room was better than the depicted in the pictures. It had everything my young family needed and more.

Really amazing property. Hotel1 is in perfect location. Hotel and amenities are great. Unit had great views. Process was seamless. Really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Miami.

SoBe Getaway!!

Amazing property - better than pictures portrayed!! Larger room sizes than we were expecting, awesome views especially from 2nd bedroom. 2nd bedroom 2 queen beds a big plus for our family.
