Luxury apartment with VV licence in the stunning El Nautico Suites complex consisting of one bedroom, one bathroom, lounge, dining area and kitchen with air-conditioning. Access from the lounge and bedroom on to the terrace with sea view. El Nautico Suites sits on the sea front at Golf del Sur with additional on-site facilities of snack bar, well-manicured gardens and fountain area, reception and secure underground parking.
There is a small rocky beach just a stone's throw away and the coastal walkway to Los Abrigos can be joined from a private gate within the gardens of the complex.
Facilities include WiFi, safety deposit box, hairdryer, satellite TV, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Within walking distance of the Golf del Sur golf course with two nine hole courses, practise range and club house, mini-golf and tennis courts.

I was pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It was better than what was shown in the pictures. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was well equipped. I was looking to disconnect and have a quiet romantic vacation by the sea with my partner. My partner and I definitely achieved that. The location is great. You have access to the promenade by the coast. Shopping center of San Blas is within walking distance as well some bars and restaurants. If you like walking or jogging the promenade is a wonderful alternative. Public bus is nearby as well. The installation has a private garage for residents only that I was able to use. It is indoor garage within the complex. The garage is very spacious and secure. The complex has next to it a charming little restaurant where you may enjoy fast and light food, appetizers as well some wonderful drinks. Residents and guests may privately access this restaurant through the pool area which is a plus. My hostess was very kind and communication with her was impeccable and timely. The receptionist was professional and very pleasant and ready to help you. Wether you want to disconnect, or explore, walking, driving or taking public transportation; I do recommend this place. Location is great. The views are amazing.

We are very fortunate with the location of our apartment. Guests love the views and being by the waters edge. It is very conveniently located for exploring whether thats on foot, by bus or by car. If thats not for you the cafe bar is on your doorstep.

Lovely apartment with a fabulous view. We really enjoyed our stay and there was everything we needed: great pool, peaceful but also handy for the supermarket and restaurants of Golf del Sur. Bed and sofa were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and, hooray, a decent teapot!) and the bathroom was spacious with a good shower. Communication with Jacqueline was very easy and the key pickup and drop off was simple. Highly recommended apartment, we’ll definitely stay again.

Thanks to our hosts for excellent pre arrival information and communication. The complex is lovely and the apartment has everything needed for a short or long stay. Clean and recently updated. The best thing is location on the sea front with lots of amenities within walking distance

The pre arrival information was excellent as was the welcome at the apartment. The location speaks for itself - it’s just amazing. We sat in the balcony every evening for dinner to watch the sunset. Fully equipped and an excellent location I recommend highly. There are lots of places to eat and to meet everyone’s taste within a short distance ( walking). The most beautiful grounds around the apartment and the coast walk on the doorstep. For golfers there are 2 great courses in the area. We didn’t have any issues but the owners contacted us to make sure all was ok. We will definitely return

El Nautico is situated on a beautiful part of the Golf del Sur coastline. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of many amenities.

The apartment was amazing with great amenities at hand . Great balcony with views over the pool. T.v was amazing with a great choice of movies and entertainment programmes from the u.k. Lovely soft towels including beach towels for pool use. Jacqueline the host was amazing and always available for help and advice. Will definitely like to book again in the future.

Love this apartment so much. Really clean and well appointed with everything we needed and more. The recent renovations to the bathroom are great. Location is really peaceful and quiet with just the sound of the sea as a pleasant distraction. Shops are just a few minutes walk away along a lovely beach path. This was our second visit and we’ve already booked the third for the same time next year. Fantastic and highly recommended apartment in a lovely complex.

El Nautico has prime position on the sea front and guests enjoy the lovely pool and garden areas. The local area has plenty of bars and restaurants and there is a beautiful coastal walk to the nearby village of Los Abrigos.

Golf del Sur is now a very popular area to visit with people returning year on year. It is a nice blend of relaxing with still plenty to do on your doorstep if you want.

We aim to make our guests' experience as seamless as possible so its good to know that guests are happy with the level of communication. We are fortunate to have such a lovely uninterrupted view out over the pool area to the ocean. The underground parking is handy as the area is now getting a bit busier.

2nd time at this apartment. All you would ever need for a relaxing holiday. Met by a lady with the keys on arrival. Good communication with her and the owner. Ideal location for San Blas centre, 5 mins walk, where there are lots of restaurants to suit all tastes. Sea front location with promenade that leads to Los Abrigos. Free underground parking available. Apartment building has a pool and a snackbar on site. Looking forward to our next stay

Golf del Sur is a lovely, quiet area with the village of Los Abrigos within walking distance. Lots to nice places to eat nearby with a handy snack bar on site.

January 2025

After flight delays we arrived after midnight and Jacqueline was there to meet us and the perfect host throughout our stay. The location and the view from the apartment is exceptional. Would definitely like to visit again.

Would love to stay again.

Arrival and departure arrangements went perfectly. Apartment and pool very peaceful. Everything clean. Comfortable bed. Felt homely. Taxi number given to us by reception had excellent service and arrived almost instantly.
