Luxury holiday house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and views of Caragh Lake.

Jamesey's Cottage is a charming stone built holiday house. The house overlooks Caragh Lake on the Ring of Kerry, on the Wild Atlantic Way and has fantastic views of Dingle Bay and the lake. The home has been built using natural stone, wood beams, slate and teak windows and features a vaulted lounge with a stone fireplace. The large cottage (250sqm/2650sqft) has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 11 people. The home is ideal for 2 families or 1 large family. Sorry, strictly no pets.

The lounge/dining room has an open fire with comfortable sofas. The oak dining table seats up to 11 people. There is a bay window overlooking the patio gardens and lake.

Upstairs there is an ensuite bedroom with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Also a games room with sofa and DVD player.

Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms and two that share a family bathroom.

The patio overlooks the lake and has outdoor dinning table and chairs. There is a fire pit and BBQ. The area is ideal for warm summer evenings.

Had a beautiful stay at Jamesey's Cottage while exploring Dingle, Ring of Kerry and the Wild Atlantic Way with a group of firends. The view from the house is stunning and we all enjoyed waking up to the sunrise over the surrounding hills. We enjoyed the isolated location while still being able to explore the surrounding areas. Thank you to Theo for sharing this beautiful home!

This was the perfect spot to stay while we were in Ireland. The house is situated in a beautiful area with million dollar views. It is well stocked with amenities like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in the bathrooms and the kitchen has everything you would need if you wanted to prepare food. The house is plenty big for a family to spread out and have space and while we didn’t use the games or videos, that is great for a family on a rainy day. The house is well situated to explore the ring of Kerry or the dingle peninsula. Not too bad of a drive either way. We are so grateful to have found this cottage and would stay again if we were back in Ireland.

What a stunning property! Everything was just perfect - gorgeous, breathtaking setting with beautiful lake view! The house is clean - rooms were great (especially the top one) and the playroom and garden were perfect for the kids. Would absolutely come back again!

Beautiful cottage in a gorgeous location! Exactly as described and pictured. The road coming in is very narrow so I wouldn't recommend arriving in the dark but it's worth the trek!

Beautiful setting in the Irish Countryside

The house is beautiful, but the setting overlooking the valley and lake is the real star. This was the perfect place to unwind in between sightseeing.

This house—and location—are fabulous! The stunning view is easy to appreciate from the flagstone patio, cozy living room nook, dining room table, and amazing master bedroom. Large living room comfortably accommodated a large group. We appreciated the nice touches like sheepskins and blankets for outside, lots of firewood, and instructions for all of the appliances. Love this place!

Family get together & holiday

We had an excellent week at Jameseys providing enough space and confort for our group of 9, perfect location to explore the area : ring of Kerry, Killarney National Park and the Reeks in the backyard. The view on Lough Caragh and Dingle bay is fabulous !

Absolutely amazing stay at Jamesey’s Cottage!! The views from the cottage were unforgettable

Myself and 7 friends had an amazing stay at Theo and Clodagh’s property. Spacious and quiet with amazing views over the lake. The facilities were all great quality and communication very easy. Not far from loads of different attractions and lovely pubs. Well be back again!

Fantastic situation in the ring of Kerry

Viewpoint and starting point for the discovering of the whole Ring of Kerry environment. All hot spots are close by, from the Heritage centre of Skellig to the top of the Carantuohill.

Fabulous stay

Brilliant place to stay. 50th birthday celebrations with old mountaineering friends and their families. The house was perfect. A great base for the mountains...with some wild swimming as well. Thanks Theo. Your house is fantastic.

Great family vacation

Our family spent a week at the cottage for my daughter’s graduation celebration. Absolutely beautiful location with a breathtaking view! Road to the cottage is narrow and was taken slowly; incredible landscape and lots to see along the way! Communication with the hosts was great; appreciated their responsiveness!! Would highly recommend for a stay and hoping to get back some day for another visit!!

Trip to Ireland

We chose this location for the beautiful home and the tranquil location. It is conveniently located to Kilarney and the Ring of Kerry. I main goal in this location while heading to Cork from Dublin was to see the Kilarney National Park and the Ring of Kerry. This place was a fantastic retreat at the end of the day!!

Breath taking views 360°. Lovely cottage with so much space. All needs were met with well supplied kitchen and appliances. Secluded area to wander and take in the amazing views. Highly recommend.

Great family vacation spot!

Beautiful surroundings with a spectacular view of the lake. The closest town of Killorglin is about 15 minutes away and has a large choice of super markets. We loved visiting the County of Kerry and coming back in the evening to a comfortable environment with a large room downstairs and a play area for kids upstairs. Excellent communication with the host. We highly recommend Jamesy's Cottage.

Great home, great space, beautiful view!

Lovey home. Enough space for many people. Lovely views. Out in the country, abou 20 min from Killorglin. Great space for kids. Could use a deep clean, but it really was fantastic! You’ll need to buy firewood before you get there.
