Boasting a lovely Tennis court next to the sea, the spacious South Facing apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, 1 living room with a seating area and a dining area, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a bidet. The unit is air conditioned and is comprised of a terrace with an outdoor dining area as well as two flat-screen TVs with satellite channels. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing.
A bar can be found on-site, as well as a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Hiking can be enjoyed nearby. (Energy conception of this unit is F). The flat is 40 Square meters. The community has two swimming pools right in front of the Sea, and one of the pools is well suited for people with disabilities to enjoy. If you don't wish to rent a car, you can easily take the train to Fuengirola and then take bus 220 that drops you right in front, and during your stay you can walk to supermarkets and shops and downtown La Cala.
