Beautiful and modern mansion located in the famous Joá neighborhood. Known as the "Beverly Hills" of Rio de Janeiro, the neighborhood is home to the biggest movie stars and carioca high class, besides having an unparalleled view and an exclusive beach (Joatinga Beach). The property has 06 wonderful suites, all with ocean views, Queen size bed, and Wi-Fi internet. There are two kitchens, a gourmet kitchen integrated to the living room and overlooking the pool, and an internal kitchen, one next to the other. The house is divided into floors, four floors in total. At the entrance of the house we have the garage, garden and loft. On the second floor we have 03 suites with sea view and a hall, where is the master suite that has a unique view, Queen-size bed, intimate living room with a table with 2 seats, refrigerator, bathroom and closet. On the second floor there are 3 suites with sea view. On the 3rd floor, living room, gourmet area with kitchen and swimming pool with infinity edge. Beautiful living room with clean and tasteful furniture, dining room, toilet and kitchen. Going down to the 4th floor, service area with laundry.

IMPORTANT NOTES:.
The property is rented with 02 employees (maid and caretaker), not included in the value of the reservation. Chef is optional.
Will be charged the consumption of electricity in the leases for season.
A security deposit (deposit) is charged and returned within 02 business days after check-out.
Check-in hours: from 2 pm to 6 pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12pm - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs outside the schedule there is a convenience fee and an excess amount of the daily rate.

RULES OF THE PROPERTY:
PROHIBITED rental for group of friends, only for family.
FORBIDDEN parties/events/commemorations/after parties inside the property.
NOT allowed to receive visitors in the property. Access to the Villa only for guests with ID and CPF.
Pets are FORBIDDEN. The house has pets on site, which are separated from the guest area.
It is FORBIDDEN to smoke on the property.
It is FORBIDDEN to listen to music, only inside the house with a JBL speaker or cell phone, always at room volume.
The guest who owns the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurred during the stay at the property, whether caused by himself or his guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, law governing the property or internal regulations of the condominium.
