Great little hideaway for a quick one night stay. Our host was great at recommending places for dinner and breakfast. We would stay again in a hearbeat.

The little studio was wonderful, quaint and very private. My host was wonderful about accommodating my schedule and making the check-in process so easy. It was very cozy and I had a lot of work to finish so I was able to do that. I felt very sheltered. Thank you so much.

Very comfortable stay. We were in town for an event and it was wonderful to have our own space for two adults and two kiddos. Very clean and the host was very kind and responsive.

Our stay at the cozy studio the first part of May was very, very nice. We have a wheelchair in the family and to be able to roll right up and through the front door was wonderful. It was exactly as advertised, and though we did not meet the owner, she was very responsive to our questions. Will likely make reservations there again.

Great little getaway

My daughters and I stayed for a weekend away. Very quant accommodations, quiet neighborhood, off the main roads. Definitely recommend.

Unique and cozy one room studio with private bath. Location is convenient. Air conditioning was a little noisy but kept the space very comfortable during a hot summer visit. Communication was clear and timely.

It was a qute and quiet little place to stay. The pull out couch didnt have any sheets and was extremely uncomfortable for our son. The bed was nice and it was pretty cool to have all the fruit trees around. Maybe they forgot to put the sheets back for the pull out bed. Not sure. Nice place for a couple or single person.

Cozy & Private Studio Getaway

Our stay was awesome! Clean space with useful amenities at a reasonable price. Loved how peaceful and private our stay was. The host Kate was superb, we appreciated her timely communication and availability. This studio is the perfect spot to stay during a trip with your partner and/or family. We appreciated the reasonable commute into Boise ID and quick drive into downtown Nampa. Highly recommend staying at this studio/in-law unit if traveling into the Boise/Nampa ID area. 😄

Location to everything we were doing was ideal. Price for quality, not the best. As it wasn’t a deal breaker or a huge deal. To not have a tv, yet had WiFi? Taxes and fee, I would rate this as a 60 a night max place to sleep. Being requested to strip the bed, take out trash and do dishes? I understand to clean up after yourself for sure. To TELL me to do those things. Yet, nothing has been dusted in a minute, shower was not clean, carpet didn’t seem vacuumed. Just seems a bit hypocritical. Kitchen sink is stuck on its pressure washing setting. Heating and cooling unit worked but seemed to have a bad bearing or something.

I’m sorry your stay wasn’t up to your satisfaction. Stripping the bed and taking out trash are normal stay requests, I’m sorry that was a drawback for you. The unit was not advertised with a tv, but I understand if that was frustrating. I hope you can reach out with requests to make your stay more comfortable next time you have a stay!

Quiet and clean

Overall, good communication with property owner, clean and very quiet as it was located behind the home away from streets. Conveniently located near quaint downtown Nampa. A couple of minor issues were experienced, but owner quickly responded. Owner also checked in with me twice to see if there was anything I needed. My stay was almost two weeks. Better lighting was definitely needed in kitchen area over the sink. Very difficult to see to wash dishes or cook in the evenings.

I first want to say that the owner of this place is wonderful. She was communicative and helpful in her directions to get to the place and how to get in and was also very responsive. I feel bad about the rest of this review, but I would not stay here again. I went with a friend and after an 8 hour drive, we were so excited to just relax and watch TV the first night we were there. As soon as we walked in, we noticed it was very small, there was no TV and it smelled very old and musty. We were also very disappointed with the sleeping arrangements. There was one bed and a pull out couch. The bed was very comfortable, but the mattress on the couch was all springs and no padding. So we both ended up sleeping in the bed and then stayed at a hotel for the second night. I feel if they added a tv, a couple of scented plug ins or candles and a new mattress for the couch, this place would be a fine place to stay in for a night or two.
