Property was wonderful. Cozy and comfortable. Backyard was great to spend time in with the hot tub, patio and fire pit. Kitchen was set up great to cook in, plenty of cookware, dinnerware and supplies. I would definitely go again and recommend that other's do to.

We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again. The house is in a great location and was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed relaxing on both the front porch and back patio and used the hot tub nightly to unwind. Communication with the owner was very easy. Highly recommend this property.

Such a vibe!

We loved everything about this house! Our host thought of every detail...clear instructions and cute signage everywhere to make everything easy, firepits, awesome outdoor spaces with comfy patio furniture, Keurig with pods AND drip coffee maker, complimentary bikes with helmets and a pump for the tires!! Spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is wonderful and perfect for biking - just a couple blocks over to the Monon trail and easy ride to Broad Ripple village. This is exactly the type of vacation house we always hope for, and can't wait to return.

Perfect location

This was our second time staying at the Rosslyn Roost. It's a charming house in a lovely location, only a few blocks from our daughter's home. It came with everything we needed, all in great condition. We took advantage of all the seating areas both inside and out, including the hot tub. We are hoping to make this our home away from home whenever we're in Broad Ripple visiting family!

Cozy place that was very well maintained. Nice kitchen and ability to cook meals easily. Good location as well being in Broad Ripple. Communication with the owner was great and timely. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in this area for a trip.

This house was extremely organized and the host had instructions for every modern electronics. We plan on staying this summer to enjoy the outdoors.

The location was close to Broad Ripple restaurants,bars, walking trails- although we could have spent our entire time at the property.The house was well stocked with a lot of extras we didn't expect- plenty of towels for both shower and hot tub,air fryer, kurog and full coffee pot, etc.Carol was very responsive to all inquires and answered quickly. We loved our stay.

short stay in Indy

Everything about this house is more than advertised. We only stayed 3 nights but could have stayed a month with everything offered in the house. Would give it 10 stars.

Turkey Day Visit

House was wonderful. Well appointed, labeled and CLEAN. Location is excellent. The owner was communicative and helpful. I will go back.

Beautiful home, very comfortable!

Check in and check out was a breeze. The house is in a wonderful location and beautifully decorated. Plenty of household items in abundance! Was great to stay at a place that didn't require a whole bunch of cleaning before leaving, too. Just had to empty trash and run the dishwasher. Definitely recommend!

Great property in a lovely neighborhood. We walked to the Monon trail and into Broad Ripple for dinner one evening. Also very nice neighborhood for walking our dog. Enjoyed the back porch every morning for coffee, and the backyard was a safe space for our pet, no gaps in the fence. Only downside for our visit is that it wasn't quite as pet friendly as advertised in terms of use of space (had to keep our dog out of downstairs area where games and large TV etc. were available, plus off all inside furniture.

Cozy and clean

We went to Broad Ripple for a family wedding. The nice home was conveniently located and was clean, well appointed with everything we needed - including a pack & play for my 18 month old grandson. The hot tub was fun and the downstairs bedroom/ bath and family room was a perfect quiet spot for the baby to sleep. Carol was extremely responsive to all our questions. Thanks for a lovely wedding weekend!
