4 bed 3 bath w/Private Pool, Fireplace & Children's Playroom

Unwind in this charming and spacious retreat, perfect for families and small groups! This listing is for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom stay for up to 6 guests with a twin air mattress. Owner occupies the 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom in the East Wing w/laundry access and owner's garage unless the upgrade is purchased. There are no shared spaces for either booking, ensuring complete privacy. Need more space? Add a 7th guest for $75/night to access the Queen Suite and laundry in the East Wing!

You’ll have full access to the entire home, with the exception of one locked supply closet and locked East Wing that contains the 4th bedroom, 3rd bathroom, laundry, and access to the garage. If the East Wing is reserved, my daughter and may stay in the RV at the back of the property or travel, ensuring your continued privacy.

Please feel free to use the front circle driveway or park along the street if you have additional vehicles, keeping the side driveway that leads to the garage and RV clear.

The diving board adds extra fun for the whole family, while the shallow 3-ft end makes it great for kids. We also provide floaties, goggles, sunscreen, and bug spray so you can fully enjoy your outdoor oasis!

Dimmable chandeliers and fluffy faux fur blankets add extra comfort, making this the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Children's Play Area with Toys and Games:

We designed this home with families in mind! Your little ones will love our dedicated play area, featuring a dress-up closet full of costumes, a play kitchen, and plenty of toys and games to keep them entertained. The space encourages imaginative play, and parents can relax knowing their kids have a safe and fun environment.

For added warmth, a portable electric fireplace is available for use anywhere in the house.

On crisp evenings, gather around the outdoor fire pit in the backyard, complete with a small supply of pecan firewood—ideal for roasting marshmallows or sharing stories under the stars. The patio’s café lighting sets a perfect ambiance and automatically turns on at dusk, with a timer to turn off after 2, 4, or 6 hours. Two bug zappers provide additional comfort while you relax.

The home offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring walk-in closets and ceiling fans:

- Master Suite: A peaceful retreat with a California King pillow-top mattress, down alternative pillows, and 100% cotton sateen sheets for ultimate comfort. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks and a luxurious bathtub. An air purifier ensures the air is fresh and clean.

- Jack-and-Jill Rooms: Across the hall, one room features a Full bed, and the other a Twin. These rooms share a bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub, perfect for family use.

- Guest Room: Located on the opposite side of the house, this room features a Queen bed, with a bathroom nearby that includes a standing shower.

All rooms, except the kids' Twin room, feature 100% cotton sateen sheets for a luxurious sleep experience. The rooms, except the master, overlook the inviting backyard pool.

Designed for families, the home includes a closet full of dress-up clothes, a play kitchen now located in the living/family room, and accessible children’s dinnerware. For infants, we offer a playpen with a padded mattress cover and new baby bottle brushes upon request. A twin air mattress is available to accommodate up to 6 guests in the main house. Infants are free and we can provide a playpen with padded sheet.

In the kitchen, you’ll find everything needed to create home-cooked meals, including pots, pans, utensils, and a comprehensive spice collection. The pantry is stocked with baking ingredients, and the farm-style dining table comfortably seats 8. The breakfast nook includes a coffee bar with a Keurig, Texas Pecan coffee pods, teas, vanilla creamer, and more.
