We cannot say enough about this outstanding villa. It is beautiful, clean, spacious and private. Tilemahos and Margarita are amazing and take care of your every need. It is a short drive from many beaches and shops. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

This place was absolutely wonderful! Very comfortable and peaceful surroundings. We were 3 couples and all of us were thrilled with the accommodations! The host was extremely helpful with everything!

Great Property

This is a wonderful home for a large family or several friends to spend time together. It is well maintained, the pool and barbecue area is great!

Perfect stay for families and groups of friends, relaxing and welcoming

Anakalida was perfect for our family and friends escape from the city! The rooms were clean, elegant, comfortable, and relaxing, with a beautiful pool area that became our favorite gathering spot. The host was incredibly helpful and polite, providing great directions to explore the island’s best spots. Highly recommended!

Relaxing oasis

Anakalida House is a fantastic spot for a relaxing getaway! Beautifully designed interior, cozy and inviting atmosphere, peaceful surroundings, the pool area and BBQ, make it an ideal retreat to recharge. Highly recommended for a small group of friends.

An excellent villa for relax !!!

This Cycladic villa stands out not just for its breathtaking design and quality but also for its exceptional outdoor spaces that encourage relaxation and enjoyment. Whether lounging by the pool or strolling through the garden with the beautiful olive trees, guests are sure to experience a slice of paradise in this idyllic setting. The housekeeping service is top-notch. The manager's warm welcome and helpful advice made us feel right at home and allowed us to fully appreciate most of that Naxos has to offer, even during our brief stay. Thank you Anakalida !!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Villa Anakalida as two families with teenagers. The villa itself is stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and privacy. The garden and pool area were highlights for all of us, providing a serene and lush space to relax, swim, and enjoy the sunshine.One of the unexpected delights was the daily cleaning service, which added a touch of luxury and made our stay even more comfortable. The hospitality was exceptional — warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive.The location is peaceful and private, with a couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance. However, given the size of Naxos and all it has to offer, we’d definitely recommend having a car to explore the island fully.Overall, Villa Anakalida exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect base for a memorable holiday, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Naxos.

Reading earlier reviews we were expecting an exceptional property and were not disappointed, the photos do not do it justice. The villa consists of three relatively self contained units which taken as a whole is very suitable for a multi-generational family or group of friends. Located down a dusty lane the villa has been beautifully and traditionally renovated with great attention to detail and facilities, both internally and externally. Presentation and cleanliness is exceptional, with cleaning and fresh linen and towels every few days. The external space is very well set out, offering both privacy and large family space. To make full use of the excellent external dining facilities you need to like pushy, but well behaved cats.The villa is well positioned for the many outstanding beaches which stretch south of the main town of Chora(Naxos Town). Both a supermarket and excellent restaurants are within a few hundred metres. Congratulation to Tilemahos and team for producing an outstanding vacation villa.

Fantastic House!!!

This house is *AMAZING*. If it happens to be available - BOOK IT. It is an upscale, five star experience. We have stayed in many VRBO’s in many countries over the years, and this by far is the best we’ve ever had the pleasure to use. It’s rare that a house looks even better in person than in pictures, but - as good as the pictures look - that is the case here. It’s as clean as if it were brand new, the layout/architecture is wonderful, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant. They sent an extensive guidebook before check in with info on local restaurant, beaches, and activities they recommended among other things. One activity was breakfast served on the covered patio that’s poolside. It was made by the kindest woman, Margarita, who is an excellent cook and also makes sure the house is spotless. It was fabulous and our party of 9 would all highly recommend it! The gentleman who oversees the house is extremely responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. It is a wonderful memory for our family! Thank you Tilemahos and Margherita, we sincerely appreciate all you both do to make sure your guests have a wonderful experience.

What a beautiful property. It has all the luxuries you could ever need for a truly relaxing holiday.The pool and outdoor area were fantastic, with a large dining table, fridge, sink and BBQ, making it the perfect place to spend the day. There were plenty of comfortable sun loungers and shaded areas whenever you wanted to escape the sun.The villa is made up of four self-contained apartments, each with its own kitchenette, including a hob, coffee machine and fridge. The middle apartment on the ground floor also serves as the main kitchen. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas, and each apartment has its own private patio, giving everyone space to relax.The host Tilemahos, and the housekeeper Margarita were exceptional. They were always attentive without ever being intrusive and were happy to help with anything we needed. Toiletries were replenished daily, all areas were cleaned, bins emptied, and laundry was done on request, all of which added to the luxurious feel of our stay.There are several restaurants within walking distance, along with a shop that’s around a 10–15 minute walk away. I’d definitely recommend hiring a car to explore the island, although it’s worth double-checking your route as Google Maps occasionally took us down some rough dirt roads!I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property, especially for multiple couples or families who appreciate a bit of luxury and privacy.
