BearBnb offers a rural location yet close to town. The master bedroom features a tree top balcony, 1 king bed and a roll away twin plus a couch and coffee bar ensuring a comfortable stay. Has its own full bath. Bedroom two features two twin beds and a bathroom. All premium mattresses. With amenities like WiFi, a hair dryer, heating, a washer/dryer and AC, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Home is well stocked with coffee, snacks, ect. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. There is also a porch, outdoor seating, rocking chairs and a BBQ charcoal park grill. Whether you're exploring the charming city or simply unwinding in the peaceful surroundings, we hope you enjoy what our place and Rogersville has to offer. No cleaning fees, pet friendly. Can accept 6 with couch as a bed. Just let us know.

Everything was perfect with our stay! The host was very communicative and made sure we had coffee, treats for our pets and even a pizza. This pace was spotless and will definitely be back!

The absolute best rental I have ever stayed at. The host thought of everything to make your stay great from a frozen pizza in the freezer to dog treats for your fur babies. If you forgot anything it will be available there for you. The next best thing was how clean it was, which is very important to our family. I highly recommend and if we are ever in the area again we will definitely come back here.

Excellent host

We had some issues with accessing the property due to having bass boats with us. Driveways are not boat friendly. House was beautiful and the area is quiet and secluded. Host was excellent working with us on refunding due to our issues. Wiuld definitley recommend.

Wonderful Owners

The host was so sweet, providing a comfortable place to stay and an inviting atmosphere. Since it was Christmas she left little gifts for the kids and dogs. Absolutely wonderful. I’d recommend staying here 100 out of 100 times.

Great Stay in Rogersville TN

Very clean property. Spacious for the 5 of us with beautiful views. Owner was very responsive to any questions. We will absolutely book again when staying in the area.

Our Stay During Milton

We had to leave Tampa due to severe weather and took our son back to Tusculum University. The place was perfect for us and only 40 minutes away from Tusculum. The owner was very kind and special. Our dog Princesa loved Beau, the neighbor's dog. We will definitely be back if we get a chance.

Beautiful and remote place

The property was spotlessly clean. Feels very remote, but is only five minutes from town. Upstairs is like a separate apartment. Has a sitting area a huge king size bed, its own bathroom, coffee station, and even a little patio. And would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

So much more than expected. Very clean and everything needed for a comfortable get away. I will definitely be saving this location for future use and will be recommending it to friends and family coming to the area.
