The complex was spotless and plenty of activities for children. Our suite was clean but needs an updated kitchen and dishwasher. Also needs to get rid of the carpet and spring for hardwood or laminate flooring

I went to the on site restaurant twice for dinner and sorry to say the food was NOT good. Chili cheese nacho. The chili was so spicy I could not eat it and I like spicy food. The next night I tried it again having chicken quesadilla and pretzel bits. The quesadilla was so soggy not cooked and it was cold the pretzel was I rock as a rock and cold. I hated to say anything I am not a picky food person. But I didn't say anything untill the second meal night.

Loved staying here! Very clean room (and I’m pretty particular). Lots of fun things to do on the property (mini golf, heated pool, theater, arcade set to free play mode). Staff was very friendly! My only complaint would be the parking spots are too tight. Everything else was wonderful!

We loved our stay here! Check-in was very easy, room was small- but accurate with description and perfect for our family of 4- as we spent most of our time exploring. It has a washer and dryer in unit as well which was great!

4/10 Mala

The corridors were dirty, it appeared that they had not been vacuumed or dusted in quite awhile. The HVAC vents in our unit were so filthy we couldn't run either the heat or AC. When we did initially turn it on within an hour both my husband and I started coughing and sneezing. We stepped outside to get fresh air and the breezeway balcony nails were popping up and catching our shoes and the vinyl siding was coming down from the ceiling. The outside doors and windows had mildew and appeared to have not been cleaned in quite sometime. I have pictures that show how dirty. The shower head was twisting off in my hand when I was trying to switch the head from single stream to shower. Water pressure was awful in the shower it was barely a stream. The toilet tank leaked and we had to put a towel under the tank. The dishwasher was loose in the cabinet and every time I tried to load the dishwasher the top rack would come off the rails. I've stayed at alot of Wyndham timeshares and even stayed at this particular one in Williamsburg Va with no issues but this time it was gross. Run down, dirty and when we checked in the second sales agent was super rude. I won't stay there again.
