The place was very spacious. Lot's of room for our kids. Very happy with our stay.

Started ok
The house is huge. Day 1 the host met us and told us about a “ribbon cutting” on Friday in front of the house. The internet didn’t get hooked up until day 3. The ac on the second floor went out day 1 started working again day 3 then stopped again day 5 or so. The kitchen had ants that ruined a lot of our food we had next to the fridge on the counter. The dishwasher wasn’t hooked up. I gave my daughter a bath in the tub and the water turned yellow and dropped black chunks into the tub. When I told the host he said, "I guess I should have run the tub" and "it's all pex", in response to the rust/black chunks. The Friday people were going to be out front turned into people on the porch and people trying to walk in the house and looking in the windows. My wife was supposed to be alone with my 3-month-old when this was happening. Then come to find out, the host had an open house listed on the city website for the entire weekend. Once everything is fixed this can be a really nice vrbo. The intrusion on guests' privacy is ridiculous though. I left a week early.

Josh I'm sorry that things weren't perfect for your stay. You where our first guest after opening the house. As we are new to this we are taking every issue seriously and striving to rectify them. Due to the issues you had with your stay we would like to offer you discounted rate if you ever wanted to stay with us again.

This property was a perfect place to stay for our class reunion. Our host was available for check in and a tour to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful spacious home and comfortable bedrooms. There were even a couple of beds that were on the softer side which was a nice change. A lot of place we stay typically only have super firm mattresses and my entire family usually ends up sleeping terribly on those. We really enjoyed the wraparound porch and sat outside in the evenings. It was also nice each bedroom was able to control the temperature of their room at night since some sleep hotter than others. Highly recommend this home.
