This is the second time we have stayed in this home, the accommodations are great and the owners are very quick to respond. The view of the lake from the back deck is peaceful and relaxing and the neighborhood is amazingly quiet. We’ll be staying again on future trips.

This house is my favorite. The photos don't do it justice. It is situated in a perfect place with trees all around and where the lake is visible from the veranda. The sunken living room is amazing. The windows make it so light, and it feels like you are in a tree house. The game room and theater downstairs are top rate. I'll be back for an air hockey rematch with my son. The hosts are great. Quick to respond with clear directions and kind words. My favorite place to relax bar none!

This has got to be one of the first guests I have ever dealt with that actually understands hospitality! Most of these hosts are all in your business and want to control your stay! Are super nosey and will annoy you! I highly recommend this house! And the theatre and the game room is amazing. Don’t let the outside deceive you, the inside is the freaking best. Love it! And the price is unbeatable.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at "Cozy Lakeview & Cinema". The house was exactly as the listing describes and shows. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secluded, but it was still close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was so well-appointed, with everything we needed and more. The theater room and game room were perfect for rainy days and relaxing evenings. The views from the patio of the lake and trees was beautiful. The host communicated frequently, and check in and out were so easy. Such a fabulous property! We will definitely stay again on our next trip!

Amazing stay!

We stayed here for the weekend and the house is amazing! The host was very mindful when setting everything up and it flows perfectly. The furniture is super comfortable and the house is super clean, which from our experience is hard to find when renting houses. The host was amazing at communicating with us. We will be back for sure!

We stayed here for our babymoon, we brought our toddler with us and she enjoyed all the toys provided! We appreciated being able to bring our older dog with us. Excellent Property in Sudden Valley

The house is very well located, about a 5 minute walk from the lake. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms and comfy beds, rec room and movie theatre. Communication with property manager was easy and fast. My family had a great time and it was a home away from home. We will definitely come back.

home for all ages to enjoy

There were things for ages from toddlers to older adults to do. From the toys and activities in the bunk room to the game room and theater room we really enjoyed the property. The kitchen and baths were well equipped with thoughtful accessories. There were many stairs in this home so I would not recommend it for the disabled.

Fantastic Stay In A Beautiful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The neighborhood, the view of the lake and the deer roaming the area were so peaceful. There were four adults and a very entertained 8 year old in our party and we all had fun in the game and media room. The house is spotless and located close enough to town if you need anything. Wish we had more time hanging out at the house. Host was very responsive and answered all questions we had prior to arrival. We will stay here again when back in the area.

Congregate or Separate...Your Choice

Perfect house for a family gathering. Extremely well thought out with plenty of space for everybody. Comfortable beds and furnishing to go along with a game room and movie theater gave everybody something to. Kitchen was the best appointed and stocked I've ever experienced in a vacation rental. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view, spotlessly clean and responsive hosts made for a prefect stay. It was a hit with everybody!

Great Stay

This home was very comfortable for 8 people and an infant. 3 bedrooms, could be considered 5 bedrooms if you consider the pull out couch in the movie room and separate recreation room. Beds were comfortable, good quality furnishings in good condition. Anytime we messaged the host during our stay, we received almost immediate answer which is so helpful. BBQ worked great, kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and many dishes that were more than what we needed. We would definately stay here again in the future.

Our family (5 adults and 2 toddlers, aged 2) stayed at this beautiful lake house for 4 days. It was truly a wonderful experience. It was a short walking distance to the lake. The house is clean and filled with light. The kitchen, equipped with all the appliances you would need, made cooking a breeze. I even found a peeler to peel carrots, a small detail that made a big difference. My son, daughter, and their spouses had a blast in the game room and theater room. It was not just a room, but a space where they bonded and had fun together. We are deeply grateful to the hosts for sharing this magical place with us. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return next year!

Perfect-Relaxing and Fun

Our son and daughter in law live in Bellingham. This recent trip was to unite all of our kids together to meet our new granddaughter. The home was perfect for us to gather to take the burden off our son and DIL. We enjoyed every room in the house; gameroom, theatre room, kitchen, dining, etc. Being a home cook, I was relieved and excited at the amenties in the kitchen. This home was the perfect setting for peace, rest, fun, unity and family memories. Our host, Chezka, was very kind and timely in communication starting with our inquiry before we booked. I enjoyed using the spalike bathroom for a bubble bath almost every night!
