Marilyn is an excellent host! Very friendly and helpful. She responds quickly with any questions. The property is very well kept, spacious, well stocked with necessities, beautiful and peaceful. The location was convenient to many excellent restaurants and stores as well as the UCONN campus.I highly recommend this host and property.

This is a very clean an comfortable home. The house was easy to find and perfect for our needs. We truly had a wonderful stay and enjoyed this home. It has a shared entrance with the owner, but we never saw them during our trip.

Great stay

Very pleasant location. The rooms and common space were incredibly comfortable and perfectly maintained. Owner was helpful and friendly.

Fabulous location

This property was perfect for our needs and the host was so accessible and accommodating! It’s a very lovely property with comfy beds and lots of outdoor space.

Kristin and her family were fantastic guests and left the house very clean. They took out the trash even though I told them they didn’t have to because the driveway was so icy. It was a pleasure to have them as guests. They are welcome back anytime.

Amazing house

We had such a lovely stay! The host was amazing and always available. So thankful that it’s pet friendly! The property is perfect for dogs!!

It was a very beautiful house and filled with daily supplies we needed! The kitchen was really neat and the bedrooms were perfectly made and the house was air conditioned amazingly!

Marilyn is the best

This was our third time staying here and each visit was just as good as the last. Marilyn is a wonderful host. We especially enjoyed the back patio and grilling for our family. I just wish we had found it before our daughter's senior year!Thank you!

We were celebrating the life of my husband. He passed away in February.

We had family come over Saturday night and again Sunday night, and everything was wonderful.

Visit to Mansfield

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house! The house was amazing and it was so peaceful outside! Marlyn was a great host! She was very helpful and was easy to reach!! The home is close to UCONN, so just a short drive to everything!

Marilyn was an incredible host. I would give her a rating of 11 on a scale of 1-10! She went above and beyond on several occasions and the communication was excellent. She made the home cheery and bright with her beautiful Christmas decorations, which were festive for the holiday season. The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The house is well situated to enjoy many near-by activities. Thanks for making our holiday get-away memorable.

We had a fantastic stay in Marilyn’s place! She is a fabulous hostess, very accommodating to her guests’ requests, and is prompt with her communication. Her place is the cleanest I’ve ever been in all the years I’ve been in VRBOs and Airbnbs. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and cooking utensils and everything is in great condition. The beds are so comfortable I could actually get a good nights sleep! The house is off a quiet road and is surrounded by woods. It’s very close to a number of hiking trails if you enjoy exploring and to the town of Storrs. My family enjoyed every aspect of our stay in Marilyn’s place and would definitely return if we’re ever in the area again.

The property was easy to find and close to several small areas worth exploring. The host was very friendly and made it very easy to communicate with. The home was clean and nicely decorated. We were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying again.
