An Amazing Time is a two-bedroom cabin in Sevierville that sleeps ten, which is more capacity than a two-bedroom usually manages. Six beds, two and a half bathrooms, and it sits three miles from Dollywood.



The hot tub is outside. Indoors there's a pool table and an arcade system, and bunk beds that the kids will claim before the car is unloaded.



It's a rustic cabin rather than a modern one, with mountain views from the property and a resort setting around it. Check-in is on a smartlock, so there's nobody to meet when you arrive, and parking is free on site.

- Ten people in two bedrooms works because of the bunks, so this suits a family or a group happy to share rooms rather than one that needs a bed each in a separate space.

We had an amazing stay! The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our group. The location was also perfect. We were so close to restaurants, attractions, and everything we wanted to do in general. It made getting around so much easier. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The cleanliness of the property was decent except for cobwebs, there was water damage on the woodwork and the cleanliness of the hot tub could have been better. It is not a property within walking distance to modern conveniences, however there is a lot to do in the area like shopping, attractions and restaurants. We had an enjoyable time!

The property was perfect for a girls trip to the Smokies. The location is perfect, within a few miles of everything. The host was super helpful. We enjoyed our stay more than any cabin we have stayed in. Just perfect!

Location was great & very close to several dining options & activities. Cabin was very clean & had plenty of space for 4 adults & 3 kids. We had a couple of issues during our stay but they were easily reported & handled quickly. Would definitely stay again!

The communication before and after with both the host and the rental management was excellent, nothing could have been easier. I appreciated not having a long list of cleaning tasks for check out, that always annoys me. The space was perfect for a family gathering.

Between the smell of mildew which greeted us on entering, the washing machine not working and overflowing, the water leaking from the ceiling in the basement so the bunk beds were not usable, the clear old water damage, the fact that any wood furniture had clearly been broken and hastily fixed, and the fact the upstairs bedroom door lock does not work and my in laws got to see me in a new light, the best parts of this trip were being gone from the cabin. Customer service was very responsive and apologetic though and did what they could to help through this

Beautiful place and very private! The cabin was so roomy it fit all 10 of us comfortably! The kids and teens had an absolute blast. Loved that we were also close to all the attractions, resturaunts and grocery/shopping stores. Would defibtely stay here again.

The cabin was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool table games they provided. When booking they were very precise with details and very pleasant to deal with. My only problem was we werent able to stay longer. I would definitely book here again, we were all very pleased. Thank You for being wonderful hosts and making us feel at home.

We rented this for my daughter’s 18th bday and wanted to make it special!! Well it definitely delivered!! The hostess kept in communication making sure we were good and happy with our stay and the place was so perfect for us! Would definitely stay here again!! It was clean, safe for bunch of girls (which was a very important factor for me), right behind the outlets and minutes away from Walmart! Hot tub was clean and room in it for us all! Plenty of towels! I cannot say enough good things! Don’t hesitate to book if you’re looking at this listing!!

This property was in the perfect location. We were about 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge & Sevierville restaurants & fun things to do. The kids asked to go back to the cabin vs touristy activities. They enjoyed the game room & hot tub.

This cabin was perfect for what we needed it for. Our main objective was to stay in a cabin and entertain the kids. They were so entertained! Hot tub was great! The kids room downstairs was perfect! Arcade games, foosball, pool table! We didn’t venture out. But this is a great location if you want to feel away, but actually be really close to everything.

Host was very responsive when issues came up. We had a fire alarm randomly start chirping and one call to the host and she started arranging for a repairman to come right away. It thankfully resolved on its own within 20 minutes but we were told “even if it’s 2am and it starts up again, you call us back!”. Thankfully it never did but we greatly appreciated the responsiveness and how easy it was to connect!

Location was great! Layout was awesome and balconies were awesome to view the scenery and relax. Kitchen table had plenty of seating and living couches were very comfortable. Awesome to have a TV on each floor. Startup supplies were good.Beds were extremely uncomfortable! Cookware coating was peeling for the most part making them unusable. Leak in downstairs bathroom from ceiling leaving a puddle whenever air was on. Also leaks on one side of cabin along walls. Arcade game did not work, foosball table had missing grip, and board games had missing pieces. Not enough towels for number of people staying especially given the hot tub. We flew in from AZ so had no room to pack extras.Overall, I would recommend this place but would also recommend the owners put a little money into a new cookset, more towels, and fixing the leak.

We overall had a good stay. We were allowed to check in early which was great. Upon first glances it was clean. Then as the day went on we did find bugs dead and alive all over and the furniture is definitely worn (master bed is very rocky, needs to be tightened), couch cushions are flat so you sit on the board and the dryer doesn’t dry ( the vents need to be cleaned, my husband checked and the air is barley coming out the vent). It was easy to get in touch with someone when needed. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, I just believe the amenities are probably due for updating and pest control called. We would stay again if these issues were fixed.

We had a great time at “Have An Amazing Time”. The cabin is nice but it could use a bit of TLC. I let management know of a couple things that were broken when we arrived. I don’t think anyone had made them aware. There were cobwebs above the master shower that are in plain sight but we didn’t see any bugs other than lady bugs which is normal this time of year. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The cabin is in a great location other than being near the solid waste plant. The smell outside was horrible the first day of our stay but improved as the weekend went on. Our 14 year old son loved the basement bedroom with the pool table. The basement bed looked very lumpy but he said he slept good. The master bed was pretty comfy.
